Not to be mean but don't drink (to much) of water before bed or any drink at all! Because your kidneys will process that into pee which goes in the bladder and since your asleep the bladder thinks your using the toilet and you pee yourself (that is if you use a toilet in your dreams)

Watching ASMR with ADHD is a strangely wholesome experience for me: I'm able to focus on something that doesn't over stimulate me, and I always get so amazed at the simplest of triggers.
