- What a wild ride -- some of the most incredible food I've ever had 🤤 What Massimo Bottura is doing at all of his restaurants and properties is absolutely stunning and it's definitely worth a trip out to Modena to experience it. Whether it's Osteria Francescana or his more casual restaurant Franceschetta58, his cooking is fun, inventive, and has completely changed the Italian culinary world.
Let me know where I should go next ❤️

I should probably stop watching your videos when I’m hungry.
Agreed
He's over there eating the fvcking best foods in the world (foods I could only dream of eating) and I'm over here about to microwave fvckin easy mac in the individual plastic bowls bc it's 1am, I'm 6 months pregnant, and I'm too hungry to make a PB&J sandwich, much less a high class dinner that sends me on some sort of orgasmic food experience.
I have two cousins with autism and it made me a little teary to see the pasta lab. Places like that are so needed and it looks like a great place for people to work. It is wonderful to see someone so successful to take the time to build a program like that. Great video.
Yeah, the pasta lab its really a wonderful thing. Im so happy they provide that kind of space.
I think his son has autism so he is empathetic to the needs of these sort of programs.
The guy in the green hoodie making the tortellini at 2:05 is Massimo's son. No wonder he loves the tortellini made by his son the most.
this guy is the hirohiko araki of food. his whimsical nature and references to media and his life really makes me think of jojo
Araki loves italy for a reason
I am watching this while eating Taco Bell in my car

One day Michaels gonna find himself in a The Menu situation
I went to casa Maria Luigia and the estate really is breathtaking. The artwork, the music room, the gardens, you instantly feel welcomed and at home. However, I somewhat was disappointed with the tasting menu. It sure was good and showed off a mastery of culinary techniques as well as providing an excellent service, but in my opinion it really is for people who doesn't mind AT ALL spending 500 euros for a meal (with wine pairing). That is the only way I could recommend dining at Casa Maria Luigia. I couldn't encourage someone to save for a long period of time and sacrifice other experiences to get a seat at Fransescana. However, when you wake up in the morning, you are in for a treat when showing up for breakfast, which was in my opinion, much more memorable. I ate at restaurants where for the price of one person at Francescana, you could get 6 people to eat exquisite food, with incredible wine and near perfect service.
I still love Massimo with all my heart for creating such an experience. ✌️
Just discovered your channel (yes, late to the party) and wow. The pacing is perfect, the way you shoot footage of the food is an art form and even the fonts used fit the overall tone. Thanks for sharing your passion!
Stunning! It's on my list. Thanks so much for sharing your delicious journey
I always love seeing the innovative dishes from these restaurants, although it may partially come from the fact I haven't eaten breakfast yet.
Wow! Thank you so much for sharing
Beautiful clip and great recognition for Massimo Bottura, the great Italian chef
dang i been waiting for this one!!
What a great video! I love this channel haha
$325 for that vs some of the $1,000+ weird meals is a steal. I deff will be making a trip when I can
1000$ ? Who are you referring to?
@@an.20.24 Sublimotion in Ibiza has a tasting menu which I remember correctly was around $1,800 and probably more now. There are also quite a few 100+ course tasting menus well over $1000 where dinner service can be hours long
@@an.20.24I guess those gold covered steaks and similar meals like that.
@@r-type4945 Oh ok, I see. Yeah, baits for people who likes to show off
Thank you for this!
You inspired me to go to Noma for the Vegetable Season this year! :)
I don’t know if I’ve said wow so many times in my life before 😂😮 just WOW
it's been on my list for a long time, hopefully i can make it one day
watching your videos while eating or drinking boba is an experience in itself
This TH-camr is so underrated, he is gonna be big one day.

I WAS YOUR #800000 SUBSCRIBER!!!!!!!!!! WOOHOO 🎉
thanks a lot for this round of delicious food and accommodation, the music room is an audiophile dream come true, I would add to the mastery of Massimo il refettorio in Milano or it's sibling in 🙏Geneva
What type of font is used for the writing in the editing? It eases my mind.
Futura. It's a lot of creative people's favourite font

Is one restaurant in Danemarca (Copenhagen) 🇩🇰 it will blow your mind . Let you the find out ❤
How can i book this?
genius
Bro how did you book all this?
If you could go to one restaurant, only one time and never visit again…which would it be??
I thought the #1 restaurant in the world was "Central"
It is
I'm sure you've been asked this before but how are you able to do this financial not trying to question your financial status but how do you go to these places even if it's based on your youtube channel just curious.
Francescana osteria isn't the best restaurant in the world right now but it was before. Massimo is genius of his art and one of the greatest chefs ever but damn the narcissism for taking credit for every little thing everyday without failure is really something lmao
Is the restaurant still under construction May 2024?
Amazing videos, but could you make them longer.
i’ll be experimenting with different styles and lengths of long form videos this year!! so don’t worry you’ll get some longer ones soon 😉
That’s amazing thanks so much. Love the videos@@ligier
It's Fregola pasta not fragola, fragola is strawberry.
The tastiest thing about elite dishes is small sizes😅 When you don't have enough time to get used to the flavour, everything will taste amazing. Unlike home food when it is one big bowl of one taste.
I know right? I’m gonna get 3 jobs so I can only eat at 5 Star/Michelin restaurants!
Try Nigerian cuisine.
This guy never fail to Make us Hungry!😂

Troppe parole. Troppo poche immagini.
Those are very tiny courses. They don’t look like filling
Just my opinion, I feel like he’s only catering to the very wealthy, so if he loves what he does, he’s not making the foods available for everyone to enjoy
Frist
Never heard of this dish😅
Wine is absolutely crucial to understanding and engaging with this food. You need to start addressing that. "I dont drink wine," is simply not good enough as an answer.
Some people don't drink
It is the biggest moneymaker. Big difference.
It’s really his choice though , my family entire family doesn’t drink
