They always bring out the second knight early these days with the d5 pawn early to countering the traxler but still able to do fried liver so how we countering that please sir?

Oddly enough, just less than a week ago, I thought up a variant of the Fried Liver where I pull out the Queen side bishop, and use the Queen side knight to fork the King and rook.
If the queen takes my knight, my bishop gets a free queen. If the king moves out of check, my knight gets a free rook.
And then I get this video recommended 😂
