    "పెద్దల మాట చద్దన్నం మూట" అని నానుడి. కనుక చద్దన్నం సర్వ రోగ నివారిణి. ఒకపూట తిన్నా సరే ఎంతో మేలు చేస్తోంది. విశాఖపట్నం నుండి శ్రీకాకుళం వరకూ ఈ చద్దితో తెలగపిండి వడియాలు నంజుకు తింటారు. ఆవకాయలు మాగాయలు సరేసరి. కానీ సోదరి చెప్పినట్టుగా గ్యాస్ట్రిక్ సమస్య ఉన్నవారు పచ్చళ్ళు తినరాదు. అయితే ఇక్కడ మరొక ముఖ్యమైన విషయం ఏమిటంటే పాలు మరియూ పెరుగు. నాటావు లేక నాటుగేదె పాలు ఉపయోగించగలిగితే కచ్చితమైన ఫలితాన్ని పొందవచ్చు. ఇదే కాకుండా యోగాసనాలు మరియూ వాకింగ్ చేయడం ముఖ్యంగా భోజనానంతరం కనీసం ఒక పావుగంట నెమ్మదిగా నడవడం చేయగలవారికి ఖచ్చితంగా ఈ సమస్యే కాదు అన్ని సమస్యలు దూరమవుతాయి. అలాగే ప్రకృతి సేద్యం ద్వారా పండిన పంటలను ఉపయోగిస్తే బ్రతికినంతకాలం అనవసర సమస్యలతో కాలాన్ని వృధా చేసుకోకుండా సంతోషంగా జీవించగలం.

    Dear Madum , kindly make a habit of taking ash gaurd juice , English cucumber juice daily early morning .
    Take Millet , ragi& jonnalu in your daily food . And please make a habit of walking & yoga . It will help to reduce ur weight. Try control your rice

    రాత్రి తోడు పెట్టేటప్పుడు రెండు దబ్బాకులు కూడా వేయండి. తినేటప్పుడు అవి తీసెయ్యండి. ఆ ఆకు వాసన చద్దికి అంటి చాలా బాగుంటుంది. అలాగే కొత్తిమీర కూడా వేసుకోవచ్చు.

    Hi Sridevi garu. I also follow this with this I also take apple cider vinegar with empty stomach. This helps a lot with acidity.
