Her husband was such an irresponsible, weak man. I have seen posting feeling sorry for him having to take care of a woman (His wife people who he made marriage vows with). How hard it was, how traumatizing it was for the poor man. Well let me tell you, you took on the responsibility of a spouse. You need to buckle up your belt and grow up. Only small children are given the allowance of being disgusted or put off by a family member who has been injured. She is only missing her lower legs. She has a good heart, loving and responsible. That weak jerk of a man should be kicked in his butt with the figurative boot. I've seen the end of the series and karma came to him in the same way he did to his wife by being left alone. She did well and was loved and cared for by another man.

As an American I truly wish someone who is versed on English and the native language of all these amazing shows had subtitles that actually mirrored the show. I cannot tell you how many different subtitle translations I've seen for just one episode of one of my favorite C-dramas. I would definitely go out of my way to find a more realistic translation for subtitles. Many Americans are very familiar with various Asian cultures and could appreciate and I would add to our linguistic appreciation.
