Newbie here and came across your video. I just learned there’s different ink processes and such. When I shop printed T’s I always stretch the print and if it cracks I know it’s not as good, for example big brands like LRG don’t ever seem to fail me and last long. What’s your favorite printer?

Love the machines OmniPrint builds, worked with the owner's brother running their machines, contracting all of our dtg jobs to them. Customers always loved the soft finish as well as crisp prints. Best quality by far. This is a perfect entry level investment for any entrepreneur trying to grow their brand with high profit, no stock, and on demand printing. Cool video John, good job I have been following DTG printing for quite some time. I have looked at several companies but Omniprint is one of the first I really want to buy. As a graphic designer I've created several images and really want to print on poly dark garments at high resolution to show detail and quality. I Love the slogan simplicity and probability.

No las recomiendo si el negocio es poco pq es una maquina que tiene que estar en constante movimiento y si no lo esta, entonces se tapan las líneas y el arreglo de estas es carisisisimo.

John Santos received my freejetTX. There has definitely been a learning curve. I would really think about getting a pretreat machine. Less to worry about regarding having too much or not enough pretreat. I have only have 1 or 2 shirts come out decent.
I am working closely with tech support right now to get my white ink flowing correctly. Support team is very friendly and willing to help. Right now it is the weekend and I’m kind of stuck until Monday.
quality is not what I expected so far compared to the demo Witnessed. I’ll keep you updated.

Jay Barham just like financing anything it ultimately depends on your credit. It’s best to hit them up for the deets. I linked the site there and they can give you the info. But it makes sense for a biz once the sales exceed your monthly printing and financing costs.
Jay Barham: The Freejet 330TX is between the $19,000 - $20,000 range and the Freejet 330TX Plus is about $25,000.

These printers are not designed and made in the US as claimed in this video. They are diy Epson printers designed and made in Korea. You can buy the same printer for 5 grand direct from the supplier, Omniprint charge 20+.
do you have a video discussing the screen printing process? also how about comparisons in the durability aspect. last thing I want is to print something that looks great but doesn't hold up for years.
ok so I see you did address some of the differences between dtg and screen printing, but was still wondering if you had anything dealing more with screen printing. I know that it is still widely used in the industry and would just like a better understanding of the reasons why and benefits over dtg.

DTG is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy overpriced, kind of like LCD tV's in the start, a good DTG should not cost more then $3k tops, its just a printer, nothing earth shattering yet a base DTG is close to 20k

John Likio I saw it on eBay for $7000 US dollars but the actual website will give you a plan.
They are $25,000 USD and then you need the pre treatment machine $3,999 and heat press $2,000, conveyor dryer $5,000...etc. with inks, taxes and everything else you are looking at OVER $40,000 US for a complete set up.
Alot more expensive than expected....let me see what china has to offer.

You can buy this in Germany from I think, DP solutions. The printer is not so great though, its slow and expensive for what it is, about 18,000. There are better options out there.

This is all great BUT, you fail to mention that you have to be in a demographic area willing to pay $30-$50 a shirt . To make a profit you have to sell minimum 10 shirts a day at that price ... not easily done .
This machines is way too expensive, I will keep my 4 color screen printing working...

Sales banter rules when it comes to DTG, iv'e never seen any other businesses being so unwilling to show prices, that goes for every DTG company, not just Omniprint.
