The question one should ask, is whether the US and its weapon industry have an interest in ending this war. They are earning billions in profits with providing Europe and partially Ukraine with crazy expensive weapons. Maybe that's the sole reason the US sets restrictions for Ukraine on the use of weapons against the Russian enemy.

May win a battle or two, but nobody will win a thermal nuclear war. Russia is not iraq or Afghanistan.. how would we feel if Russia stuck missiles in Guatemala or maybe Cuba again? I'm sure you folks remember the Berlin wall or irland fighting in close quarters. Does anyone think Ukraine will have an imaginary new drawn line that Russian military or patriots won't fight until that line is moved or gone. Why is once again u.s taxpayers are the ones being suckered? This is ramping up danger for the entire world. I really think people forget Russia is a nuclear superpower. People forget our nuclear subs, and Russia subs play cat mouse game's same in the air. A real president would try diplomacy . I understand that it doesn't always work. But like I said this is a nuclear country. A healthy dose of fear of anhilation is good. A man of bidens age couldn't give acrap. He doesn't care if we all are evaporated. We don't get a do-over. The dems and bush new world order establishment types support this because they are apart and paid by the military industrial complex. If you don't think the w.e.f has their hand in this? , then the spyc-ops, along with the 5th column has done its job.

In Australia there is a huge pro Palestine movement sweeping across universities and outside central train stations. Flags. Dumping soil to disrupt traffic. For Ukraine. There is no noise. Nothing. Barely makes the news. Considering 38 Australians were on MH17 when it was shot down. We hear nothing. So Putin has pulled the strings very well. In my opinion he was behind October 7 attacks. Look up his birth date. Look at the diversion. And the American propaganda useful idiots are not the only ones playing into his hands. It is like a Bond movie or a Batman movie plot. Good trying to get evil. Just pure evil.

If everyone is paying higher taxes and so much of their income is being spent on war related products and services, I don't see how that amount of spending can be sustainable. My knowledge of Economics is limited, but my intuition tells me that a few people in the Kremlin are cooking the books. A lot of that money has already been blown and has literally gone up in smoke.

The fact we've stepped up our support slowly, I can understand - because they were afraid of a backlash that would help the far right. The far right is now mostly shifting to supporting Ukraine, so that political restriction is being removed. And there might be an argument that Europe's slowly slowly strategy has been vindicated. I don't know, but as the alternatives strategies are now a counterfactual, no one know.
But production of ammunition requires long-term decisions. Once the full-scale war started, it was clear, irrespective of how the Ukraine war, that we needed far higher ammunition production. But we delayed far too long.

Ok, the analysis is not correct. It is impossible that Russia has more income than when exporting to the EU. Those are their figures, and as it is normal in a country like Russia, Cuba North Korea or China, anything they say must be understood as wishful thinking in part. It is not possible that after the explosion of the nord stream pipeline they can be exporting the same amount of gas and oil to China and India in old ships and pumping the product to other ships in international waters. Selling less and at lower prices is not a winning formula. China and India are very happy to take advantage of the situation and help Russia collapse while making a lot of extra bucks. And building a nord Stream-like pipeline to bring their product to the Far East will take years and cash Putin does not have right now. If it was cheaper to ship oil, nobody would build pipelines. And that is not including Natural Gas which is even more expensive to ship as the tankers needed are extremely expensive and there were not a bunch of those in the “rental" market ready to take care of Russia´s customers. Actually, there were, and are, basically 0 units available.

Zelensky didn't try to prevent the conflict through diplomacy because he lacks honor and integrity.
In 2014 there was a coup. Soon after, there was a massacre in Odessa (dozens of people were burned alive). Ethnic Russians living in Ukraine were treated as subhuman. Their language and culture was being oppressed. A civil war broke out due to the rise in ethnic tensions. For 8 years the Ukrainian military was indiscriminately shelling civilians living in Donbas.
If Zelensky honored the Minsk agreement and pledged neutrality, none of this would have happened. The 8 year civil war would have ended and Donbas would have remained part of Ukraine. War is the ultimate failure of diplomacy.
Zelensky, Poroshenko, Merkel and Hollande admitted that Ukraine had no intention to honor the Minsk agreements.
Who didn't want peace? Who advised against the 2022 peace talks in April? Hint: someone visited Zelensky in Kiev at that time.
Russia's national security was compromised once NATO began to expand eastwards. Russia clearly stated that Ukraine joining NATO was a red line (November 2021) and unfortunately this concern was never taken seriously. The Russians openly stated: if nothing changes, we will be forced to act in order to defend our national security. Enhancing the national security of one country at the expense of another is unacceptable. The Russians have legitimate security concerns.
20th September, 2021. Ukraine launched military drills with US and NATO.
NATO is not a defensive alliance. NATO illegally bombed Yugoslavia (a direct violation of the U.N. Charter).
We should never forget what they did to Libya, Afghanistan, Iraq etc.
Who blew up the pipeline causing an environmental disaster?
Zelensky banned all opposition and arrested a leading priest.
Zelensky tried to invoke article 5 under false pretenses. Remember the incident in Poland.
Ethnic Russians living in Ukraine were treated as subhuman. Their language and culture was being oppressed.
Poroshenko said, “Our children will go to schools and kindergartens-theirs will hide in the basements”.
Russians will never forget the 2014 Odessa massacre. The whole world needs to know about it.
Why was Denis Kireev eliminated? He was a member of Ukraine's negotiating team during the peace negotiations. He wanted to help his country.
Ukraine has a hit list. They target artists, journalists and ordinary citizens. Hundreds of children are on this list. 13 year old Faina Savenkova was placed on this list.
Pink Floyd's Roger Waters is on this list. Jimmy Dore (American stand-up comedian, podcaster) and Aaron Maté (Canadian writer and journalist) are on this list.
There is evidence that Ukrainian troops have been indiscriminately shelling civilians in Donbas (they used petal mines and targeted areas where there was no military presence).
The azov troops trapped in the azovstal steelworks in Mariupol used human shields. They refused to allow civilians to leave despite of humanitarian corridors being present.
Russia held a proposed cease fire in order for the civilians to leave, but azov would not allow the civilians to leave.
Ukraine has committed many acts of terrorism (car bombs and other forms of assassination). Darya Dugina (journalist) RIP
The first terrorist attack on the Kerch bridge killed the truck driver and the individuals in the adjacent car (innocent civilian victims).
The second terrorist attack on the Kerch bridge killed two parents and severely injured their young daughter.
I have done a lot of research and it took me a long time to write this comment. I have stated a lot of facts and I have given my honest opinion.
I have provided a brief summary of events that took place. In order to explain this whole situation in great detail, a book would need to be written.
Hopefully someone will write an UNBIASED book, stating facts and allowing the readers to form their own judgments. Everything I said can be fact checked and verified.
