The Flower of Life is a sacred symbol that has been found in almost every culture that has ever existed. The method to create it is really simple but drawing it accurately is not as easy as it looks. I hope this time-lapse inspires you to give it a go yourself. It's a seriously good meditation with the amount of focus and breath control it takes. I totally recommend it if you're looking to relax!

I am doing a geometric assignment for my tattoo mentor and thought it was a good opportunity to learn more about sacred geometry. THIS WAS NOT AS SIMPLE AS I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE OMW. I did this 4 times before all the circles would line up. Sacred geometry is humbling me, but appreciate how much I need to focus on the task at hand, which is something I struggle with daily. Thank you for your tutorials.
You're welcome! It takes a lot of patience but the act of drawing it becomes a meditation, drawing this will be very useful to you when tattooing as they both require you to control your breath for steady lines and accuracy.
Try this as well... draw the flower of life in pencil then go over in pen freehand without turning the paper at all. It's really good practice for when you're tattooing someone and you can't move them around.

What music did u use? It's gorgeous
I dont think it's music, but actually more like a frequency. Search for the Solfeggio frequencies f.e., there are 7 frequencies matching the chakra's of your body. The music of this vid is like 417 hz
