What is the type of labour/educated IT supporters/ in areas like Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Mysore and places similar as well Govt support,taxation and qualified labour/workers protected and sales route dependable etc are such information available and NRI look for to plan and decide to jump into the arena. They are having families to support where education etc play an equal importance. Could you please mention specifically such existing details for some one risk decision. Thanks
IF A RETURNING NRI IS Citizen of another country (for example USA) after returning back to India permanently (till death) in old age (say after 60+), can this person is eligible to seek permission from RBI UNDER FEMA LAWS to engage in Flower Plantations Business? I believe your expert considered every returning NRI as Holder of Indian Passport.

@@ALLNEWS.999 normally, you would have to provide details of your passport copy, VISA and employment or any other details as required by banker to prove yourself as non-resident… better to consult your respective banker for more information

Very good guidance, much much appreciated. I have one question. I have invested the money from NRE account in business for say Rs100 and profit after a year is Rs10. Rs10 deposited in NRO account. After few years for any reason I need to close the business or business is temporary and got same invested money Rs100 back. Can deposit the money in NRE or NRO? Tax is only on profit, that is, on Rs 10 at your applicable slab rates
