Exploring Fambridge

I thought I would give Lure Fishing a go, its something ive never done.
The Crouch is right on my doorstep and thought it would be a good place to start.
After speaking to my friend Fil @ Fils Tackle on Canvey he set me up with a nice little
Penn Tai Rubber Conflict Rod
Abu Spinning Reel and a few lures ect
Todays Tide was a high one @ 5 meters it was lovely to start but got a bit windy but was still warm not many fishing showing but did manage a couple of small ones, I was a little bit disappointed because the two previous days I had some nice fish, but hey ho that's fishing, I hope you enjoy my walk up the river.

Got to love lure fishing for bass. Although part of me would love to stick a peeler crab in that channel

I usually have one out on the side but it’s hard to concentrate on another rod when I’m throwing a lure about, thanks for looking in Tom 🙏🏽

There’s a good head of Thornbacks in the river so you need to be careful your rod doesn’t go for a swim 🏊‍♀️ 😂

Hi, thanks for looking in, depending on the tides I usually drive on the lower road right up to the water, if the tides higher 4.3 then I’m park on the side of the road at the pub and walk down 🙏🏽
