I know I'm a few years late, but this show deserved so much more than it got. The writing was phenomenal with what they had left to wrap things up. I miss this show so much, I watched it from premiere to end, and it was left at a really good spot. Hopefully someone will pick it back up, I doubt it though.

I really liked that there was a ending. Many shows I have liked ended just like that without a conclusion. Many many shows😔😕 so this was very nice to me. Really liked it
25:25 The writers were a bit unclear about the details time travel at the end too. Based on previous episodes we would expect the rest of the team to have altered memories after Flynn's trip, never knowing that Rufus died. But I guess we never had time travel within time travel (just Agent Christopher and others having new memories while staying in the present), so I guess it doesn't contradict anything to say that this Rufus is from a different timeline. 28:14 There was a Jessica 1.0 whose brother died as a child, and we know that Rittenhouse saving her brother is what convinced Jessica *2.0* to join up. Wyatt says in 1x06 that Jessica (1.0) was strangled after she got out the car following their fight, whereas we clearly see Flynn kill Jessica 2.0 with a gun. So I'm not convinced that Flynn was _always_ Jessica's killer. I think someone else (not Wes from 1x13, and not Flynn) killed Jessica 1.0. But the show isn't really clear about that.
I will miss your Timeless reactions! 22:09 I actually expected you to release the two parts separately. Netflix lists them as two distinct episodes, and I definitely think of them that way. But this way worked too. I agree with you that Lucy+Flynn were a more charmismatic couple than Lucy+Wyatt, even leaving aside the question of whether Lucy and Wyatt are each/both second choices (I am glad the show directly addresses that question, though, rather than pretending they wouldn't wonder about it). The biggest surprise to me was that they didn't save Amy. But honestly I commend the writers for that decision. It would have been very cliche to fulfill Lucy's 1x01/2 goal in the finale-and how would you deal with Carol in that case?-whereas this ending showed more character growth. And the Flynn wrap-up is just perfect as far as I'm concerned.

I guess it would be also fun to see you comment on THE ELVENTH HOUR (USor UK version ), PRIMEVAL, a very well done British time travel show based on WALKING WITH DONOSAURS, GRIMM or SLEEPY , SLEEPY HOLLOW or FRINGE if you could spare the time for one of them. A good introduction to the British PRIMEVAL is the TH-cam-Clip: Nick Cutter being iconic for 10 minutes straight - Primeval Legacy; put into the Net by Primeval Legacy Here you see a certain general simularity between TIMELESS and PRIMEVAL, at least tin my opinion 23:38 FLYNN. excellent reaction series. this would surprisingly end up becoming a favorite show of mine. i do think they deal with fate pretty well for the show and the use of history plants and recruits was very intriguing story element. i agree they should've gotten another season to explore the rittenhouse structure a bit more as well as exploring the lives of future wyatt and lucy. i also found rufus's return to be a bit contrived. but i think that whole reveal of flynn always knowing he would never get to see his family and the cover song really seal the deal for me. his entire character just developed so spectacularly. overall i will always hold the series close to my heart and really put all of these actors and actresses on my radar.
