    Thanks a lot for the valuable knowledge. It would be perfect if you mentioned about R-sq value and eliminating of the interactions which is determined by their P-Values in the model.

    Instead of getting only high and low values, how can we get the values with multiple levels? One reference had levels at -1.682, -1, 0, +1, +1.682 for the time, temperature and pressure. Also, if you have any video regarding this, please share the link as well.

    Hi Sir, the levels define can only be set between low and high, right? or can we set the levels as we want to?

    Question : In your process you are ranging the pressure range from 220 up to 732 PSI and temperature from 32 to 68 oC, but minitab is proposing pressure of 114 PSI and 838 PSI as well as temperature as low as 24.5 and as high as 75.5 oC. In the real life this might be unsafe to test. What would you propose doing?

    hi, I'm working on laser-assisted turning and currently experimenting with five parameters: depth of cut, feed rate, spindle speed, laser power, and laser angle (the distance between the laser spot and cutting edge). Initially, I opted for a face-centered central composite design. However, I've noticed that when the laser power is set to 0 (indicating the laser is off), the laser angle becomes irrelevant. I'm uncertain about the appropriate experimental design in this situation. Could you please suggest a method or name for this scenario, considering the disregard for laser angle when laser power is zero? Thank you for your insights!

    in the table, you calculated the response retention time but how, you have 2 or 3 factor ?
    why the factor retention time is the colon of the response

    Good day, Sir. Thank you for that informative presentation. I just want to clarify if I could use RSM if I have 4 controlled variables and 1 response variable only? I actually want to use RSM for optimization of a polyherbal formulation (4 components) for my thesis but in the journals i have seen so far, they always have 3 response variables but I am planning on having one response variable only and I just don't know if it is possible because we never had this in school. . . . I hope you don't mind clarifying it for me. . . Thank you so much!

      Good day sir, of course we can sir. Actually the controlled variables are the independent variables and the response is the dependent variable. For a simple case if we had independent variables of X1 and X2, it can be expressed that the dependent variable Y is the function of X1 and X2.
      Y = f (X1) + f (X2) + e
      Where,
      e = experimental error
      Response surface is a method based on surface placement. Therefore, the main goals of a RSM study are to understand the topography of the response surface including the local maximum, local, minimum and ridge lines and find the region where the most appropriate response occurs, I hope my explanation can help you. Thank you

      In order to know that you must try first, and go to the interpretation, I am sorry, I will create the interpretation for this soon enough insha'allah. Remember to know your model fit or not, compatible or not you must do the DOE first, and repeatability also important to be considered.
