Can’t believe i actually watched both seasons 1 & 2. Still can’t stand the female lead though, so clingy, desperate, insecure, and it seemed like she really had nothing in her mind except Uehara. Like nothing. Like every brain cell of hers was just consumed by thoughts of Uehara and romance. It made it really hard for me to like her. Especially when she managed to ruin both friends trips by moping bout Uehara not being there.
I somewhat agree. In the Manga and anime/ova Nao is much more silly and funny and Uthara is nicer Where in the live action I felt like she was always stressed and clingy and he is just mean and picks on her alot. 😅

Que protagonista exagerada é ridícula. Além de viver dando mole para qualquer homem. O dorama é bom, mas a escolha da artista foi de matar. A gente fica sem saber se é mongoloide autista ou ridícula.
Just finished watching "Good Morning Call" today. I end up hating Nao. Such a sexist drama. I couldn't take it. Dunno how I finished it. It wasn't pleasant. The kisses were not even romantic after some time. I knew that Japan has huge gender inequality and I get the proof in this drama. Nao is 'kind' in a way, but she is so dumb and sexist. All the male characters too. I couldn't decide on Daichi and Issei. I guess Daichi wasn't sexist in the drama. True that I couldn't concentrate the whole time, maybe he was sexist too. All the boys fell for the girl who was dumb, pathetic, who they could take over full control. I can't say how pathetic and disgusting it was.
i watched it and was wondering if i was the only one not liking it as much as everyone else did. I found it so cringey and felt no chemistry between the leads. I think the acting was kinda exaggerated (goofy and silly) since its a manga adaptation? but idk, i didnt find it funny. I had to speed it up cuz i found it to be painfully slow. I just started season 2 cuz i don't like leaving a series unfinished. I'll see if it gets better lol
