True. From what I can tell he will though be in the mix for podiums but it can go the other way. I remember Barcias 250 days well. He was practically unbeatable and answered every question, but this didn't transfer over to 450's while I as well as the rest of the population firmly believed he was going to be the guy.
Strange how people think he will just have Jett to worry about no way they will just let him go past without a fight I put him up there around top six it will be good to watch 👍
agreed !!!!!!. There is so many interesting stories to follow. We got a two time mxgp 450 title winner starting his Supercross career. like whaaaaaaaat . awesome
Deegan is already training on the 450 as well as 250 at the Star Goat farm,, but needs race time in the premier class ,,, he will get touch up in his first year from the big boys just letting him know this is how we ride little boy haha,,, but as far as 38 vs 18, will it happen,, yeah it will, when,, might take 1 season, might take 3 ,,,, one thing is for sure, fuck its gonna be good
I believe you're probably right and you are and your first assessment of it all but then again that's the same thing they were saying about him starting out with the 250s and of course his first year was a little bumpy but then after that it's just been continuously rising and Rising so it's possible that that might be what happens of course we're hoping that is what happens but you know by a second year and he's dominating the field but it's possible that's not going to be true at all you might be writing I never want to race again hard to tell the future but I do know this one thing Hayden has got enough grit and enough desire that if it ain't getting where he wants it he'll keep pushing until he pushes it to where he needs it to be he won't quit and even if he gets down on it he'll get down on it for a little bit but sooner or later he will find that get up and go and he will figure it out and if it goes to Breaking every bone in his body that's just kind of Rider he is kind of what kind of spirit do you know the kind of heart he's got is just he's going to figure it out and if he's going to keep pushing until he does and then something breaks and it breaks and he'll wait for it to get fixed or healed and then go back at it again and that's just the kind of person I think you know Hayden is you know it's one of those heart things that you can't give people their is they're born with you you don't give it to you don't teach them how to have it you know you can show them from your heart but to believe me I got three grown kids and we all they all raced and everything played football all this stuff but it didn't matter each one of them were different each one of them had different heart and you couldn't give heart to the one that wasn't as good even as much as you pushed and tried it did not matter he either had it or he didn't have it and I think Hayden's got it how many years did it take him to get it over there on the 450 I have no idea he might jump on that thing and it'll be just like it was with jet you know just the perfect bite because I know he's been riding for 4:50 for the last four or five years with his daddy he wrote around all the time so it ain't like he's completely you know alien to the bike or anything but yes in a race atmosphere is a whole different thing and I think obviously to you got to take in consideration yes he's been on the 250 but that has gave him a track experience and racecraft experience so when he gets on the 4:50 they don't like he's the first time ever going out with 40 guys coming off the line neither so praise God I just pray the Lord to keep him safe, and it'll be what it'll be in Jesus name
Man thanks so much for that incredible response. I enjoyed reading all of it !!!! It means a lot you taking time to post a response like that . I can say for myself that I just don't have that gnarly grit that top athletes like Hayden do. I just am not that competitive lol. But it's awesome hearing that you got your kids into the sport. Im sure they're the better for it !!!! Thanks for sharing that. And you made great insights !!!!!!. Hopefully you get to watch some of the races this year with your kids !!!!!!.
I wouldn't say the best rivalry ever by any means, only time will tell, one injury in the sport is a variable that isn't accounted for, hopefully all of them stay healthy and continue to further the sport for up and coming generations
Deegan is a fair way off challenging Jett for championships. He has to get past Sexton,Anderson, Hunta,Webb,Cooper, and the list goes on just to get close to Jetts back tire. I know he is definetly going to get there one day to put up a challenge but people seem to think he is just going to come into the 450 class and be straight on the top step. Not going to happen and remember Jett is only in his second full season on a 450 and if he stayed healthy last year he would have clean sweeped the 3 championships. Interesting times ahead.
that's what's so interesting !!!!! is that yeah the depth of competition from 250 to 450 is just not comparable. just to get to the top guy you got to get through savages !!!!!!!.
@ the only people thinking he’s moving up sooner than 2026 at the earliest are the fans because we want to see it. However he is literally 18 years old and has plenty of time he can spend winning in the 250 class, they have Tomac Webb and Cooper on the 450 already at star. No reason to rush it.
yeah your absolutey right. in Supercross qualies Deegan times were really close to the top 450s.although its not apples to apples. the track for 450 is typically worse. But still incredible
I dont know how he will do vs Jett, but I do know Deegan will be head and shoulders above 99% of the x 250 champions that have never won a 450 race. I dont predict much but I strongly believe Haiden wins 450 races. He has that will to win that RC had. Riders like that are a rare breed and will work harder and find a way to win.
What is this the DEI club? Doesn’t ride a 450 and from memory Deegan has won only 1 meaningful title. Extremely talented with a massive future yes. Until the runs are on the board though cut the self entitled BS just to satisfy your own princess feelings.
He has to beat a lot of fast guys before he can challenge Jett
well said. the 450 class is just stacked full of savages !!
True. From what I can tell he will though be in the mix for podiums but it can go the other way. I remember Barcias 250 days well. He was practically unbeatable and answered every question, but this didn't transfer over to 450's while I as well as the rest of the population firmly believed he was going to be the guy.
250-450... completely different approach to ride successfully
Strange how people think he will just have Jett to worry about no way they will just let him go past without a fight I put him up there around top six it will be good to watch 👍
I can't wait! This year will be interesting with Prado being added to the mix but once Deegan joins the 450s it will be epic!
agreed !!!!!!. There is so many interesting stories to follow. We got a two time mxgp 450 title winner starting his Supercross career. like whaaaaaaaat . awesome
Jett Lawrence is just going to get better and it’s scary for the rest of the field. Deegan has no chance any time soon.
Deegan is already training on the 450 as well as 250 at the Star Goat farm,, but needs race time in the premier class ,,, he will get touch up in his first year from the big boys just letting him know this is how we ride little boy haha,,, but as far as 38 vs 18, will it happen,, yeah it will, when,, might take 1 season, might take 3 ,,,, one thing is for sure, fuck its gonna be good
Deegan needs to win an SX title before we all jump the gun
"Verse" is a line of poetry. "Versus" means "against".
Jett's all about form, rides like a bot. Deegan all about style, rides like a savage.

Does anybody remember before Bubba?Turned pro his one twenty five laptimes. Were faster than the two fifty pro
yeah unfortunately bubbas hey day was before my time. I mean like his early pro years. but yeah you're right. HE WAS a monster !!!!!!!
I wouldn't say the best rivalry ever by any means, only time will tell, one injury in the sport is a variable that isn't accounted for, hopefully all of them stay healthy and continue to further the sport for up and coming generations

Deegan has a lot of wood to chop, he will definitely be a contender though
They won’t even have a rivalry. Jett will embarrass him on a 450 for 2-3 years, then Deegan will leave the sport to go race trucks or some shit.
And you smoke crack
Yep jett has PROVED himself, aside from that the competition he's against is straight fierce
If Deegan wins SX this year, he stays to defend that title in 2026. I could see him racing moto outdoors in 2026 on the 450
interesting. I assumed he was moving outdoors this year. but I could be wrong.

Got a long way to go before he is even in the conversation
I mean 250 class doesn't mean much by the time you get into 450. but man im still excited to see it !!!!! he is just soooo gritty !!
AP and Mookie are prime examples with the 250 to 450 transition
@@paulrash8861 don't forget Deegan's current riding buddy, Christian Craig...
Deegan rides a 250 like Barcia did and Barcia achieved what on a 450 ?
Compare their laptop times I bet the laptop's are very similar even though deegans on a two fifty
yeah your absolutey right. in Supercross qualies Deegan times were really close to the top 450s.although its not apples to apples. the track for 450 is typically worse. But still incredible
its very common
Do you mean their notebooks times?
You forgot how Jett's 250 lap times were basically ALWAYS faster than the 450s?...
I like the Karen sisters and love the Deeeegs!
Says Karen’s mother😂😂
I dont know how he will do vs Jett, but I do know Deegan will be head and shoulders above 99% of the x 250 champions that have never won a 450 race.
