I said this just yesterday. Their behaviour is devoid of the respect of rule of law. Meanwhile they are the ones shouting about it. I trust the Speaker to stand his ground.

All that these political judges did was simply to hold the arguments of the NPP. Bizarre ruling and state capture at play.

I think this is best explanation that has been given so far...
The question of law vs question of fact

This is true liberal talking. The reason why democracy seems to be the best of the government, is that it does take violence for a regime change.

Tv3 has reached a point that they have to employs more intelligence journalists whose has knowledge on legal affairs to improved most of the issues involves constitutional matters that comes to their table for the public discussion.

‎Why am I saying this, is because these guys in Tv3 most of them don't understands legal matters very well and they're sympathizers of the ndc political party, for that matter, they only calls lawyers affiliated to the ndc political party such as; likes of Mr Pebu, Tsatsu Tsikata, William Atuguba, and even somebody like Amariba with other ndc lawyers they know that they will speak to their taste just to satisfies the ndc party and supporters. And mostly the way they explains constitutional matters normally are not balance and are mostly bias to the constitution of our land.
