I was disappointed in PMG’s pink powder. I tried the original in light under one eye and the new pink under the other. I did not notice any difference in brightening. Now Givenchy powder in #3, Voile Rose and Westman Atelier in the pink shade really do the job. Out of all of them the Givenchy is a real winner for me. But, as is said, variety is the spice of life. Great review. ❤😊❤
I wanna get the one/size brush because it’s cute how it looks like a broom, but I haven’t made up my mind yet. I regret not buying the Disney palette.. I remember seeing it when I was barely getting into make up and thought it was “expensive” 😭
Hi Rebecca! It’s an all-MUA video this morning. The color corrector is quite effective. The Patrick Starr palette is interesting - I like the green eyeshadow. The PML powder is a nice variation - I have been using the white one ever since it launched. The lipstick staple in the 90s ? My guess is MAC (the Spice lip liner was the IT thing in the late 80s). I am curious… Thank you for this great video.
Look at you using all the correctors!! They actually worked really well!! I use a corrector to diminish my dark pits of despair and I have several I love. I haven’t had a need to use corrector in other areas of the face but they definitely make a difference in the overall look. I’m also happy to see Kevin Aucoin products still around and performing. He was such an icon. Now the PML pink powder is for sure a no for me. Not because I don’t love PML but because this isn’t for me and I have several mid her powders which I LOVE!! Great product reviews!!!!!
Hi Lovely Rebecca !! Great video green colour corrector is so helpful for my red areas . I had the original PM under eye powder but I wasn’t blown away by it to be honest . I use the Givenchy powder and that’s amazing 🤗❤️ 😄🤔 1990 lips ??
I'll try this shade of PML when I've finished my white one. The KA worked really well to colour correct. I still haven't tried anything from the one size brand.
Great video, dear Rebecca, i saw it yesterday, see now i forgot to comment, but very nice!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩The PMG pink powder, on my wishlist like all her under eye powders for the simple reason: the are goooooddd!!! The more expensive one from Westman Atelier, i do not get such an even result as from Pats powder, and lately i tried Danessa's loose evolution powder, bit influenced by Chels, that product is also very very good the pink is very beautiful, and i did not expect that on my more normal to mostly dry sensitive skin, the Louboutin i love, the Kosas i love, the Givenchy i like, i do not see what everybody sees in that, maybe i do not get the Givenchy hype here, maybe i do it wrong, but also watched Nikki La Rose how she does it with this powder, so i do not think that, Rebecca. I do want to try that loose blush from Givenchy. But i do not get the hype. Also i do not get the hype about the expensive WA powders, i find them, giving a sort of medium result. But these companies are making their powders better and better so i watch video's to stay updated! But under the eyes, i just use a little little bit otherwise i look 20 years older. That Kevyn Aucoin colour corrector is gooooddd, wow!!!!!!! And that palette is beautiful!!!! I cannot sit very long due to the chronical pain, so a type of concert/musical where i cannot stand in between, its difficult, but i loved musicals when i was very young! Great video, very good, thanks dear Rebecca, have a wonderful day!!!!😘😘😘😘😘😘
I’m guessing it’s the new lip liner from Mob beauty that mimics Spice from the 90s. I saw Erin Parsons on TikTok reviewing and saying it wasn’t released yet. I hope there are more colors from Mob that mimic more of the cool and neutral tones that Mac sold then. ✌🏼
I saw that Wicked palette at Sephora yesterday and it was gorgeous! Very nice quality and super-pretty. I saw on the Sephora site that Patrick Starr talked to the original makeup artists for Wicked to incorporate actual shades used in the show in the palette. So pretty! I'm not sure that that would be right for me (I bought two more YSL quads instead as my last Sephora sale purchases), but I really am impressed with it. ❤
You can never go wrong with the YSL pallets. That being said, it really does surprise me that one size doesn’t get more credit. Seems to be kind of written off as a small almost celebrity makeup line but those products and those powders are really quite good.
There was definitely a difference between the side with color corrector and concealer and the side without either. Is there a difference between the side with color corrector and concealer and the other side with concealer only and without the color corrector? I often cannot see the difference when I try using color correctors. Love your work on this video. Super helpful, as usual. Thanks!
