@@watchingyourvideo8029 Mediocre jokes can be elevated to side-splitting material by contextual stuff like timing and delivery. You probably already know this but sound like you could use the reminder.
The more that I watch things with Chris in them the more I am convinced that he is hilarious on a completely different level. I could listen to him ramble on for hours. Chris and Tommy together are the power couple we needed. In a non sexual context they are just so damn cute together.
the best part of these videos is the shopping for the ingredients through NYC imho. As an aside, everyone trying to copy the AYG Patreon business model...but AYG has the incredible H. Foley.....a true diamond in the rough that even shines over the arrogant bald Kippy. Glad you guys realize Patreon is not ready yet.....let the Dish cook :) Keep cookin fellas! Will never be the same in Austin, TX though :(
Back in the 80’s and 90’s my old man was a commercial fisherman up in Alaska and they would have a 5 gallon part of this roll in at all times so if they caught anything weird or extra like you know an octopus or the halibut cheeks or salmon or whatever they just throw it in the pot Also in the starting point sauté the extra shrimp shells for a second or two just to invite the umami and shellfish, and it’s Rich Rich Nelson to the sauce is a cheap and easy way to get a little bit extra flavor out of something that you were gonna throw away
I know we say this everytime but imagine these 2 guys on a cooking show on the box instead of those fake "over the top" happy chefs you always see Sure the food might get a bit fcked up at times but you had a good time watching, right?
Wow what have I been missing. Guys I need this recipe what the hell is the Italian dudes name he’s actually pretty funny. Of course the white dudes funny. Anyway that looks amazing.
If you guys have a cooking youtube channel and it's good (which you do) just release all the full episodes on it and make money on the sponsors and views. I think you'd be way more successful that way then trying to loop casual watching people into the patreon network. There are more people interested in a funny cooking channel than two guys talking on a couch. If you're trying to separate yourself from "stuff island" then commit otherwise you're just making it harder for people to find all your shit and build a fanbase. Do some bigger comic collabs cooking to boost the channel or cook at their houses. Just an idiot's 3rd person perspective. Love ya guys.

Getting high in the morning and watching this is the perfect motivation for the dinner I'll never make but really enjoy imagining
"This is trench warfare." I was already having a great time watching this and I lost it randomly by hearing that. Glorious.
Did you really “lose it” though? Completely beside yourself from a mediocre joke?

This show is badass
Always heard All the different sf fishermen would ‘chip in’ a bit of their haul. Hence the name cioppino. Don’t know if that’s correct but I like it.
Such a good show
Wish I had a fresh fish market nearby. I need to move back to the coast
I'm sorry. I don't know why I said that

Sure the food might get a bit fcked up at times but you had a good time watching, right?
I’d rather watch the chefs get fucked up like Chris and Tommy than the cheery nonsense you see on tv
Agreed, this is sophisticated cooking by two bros. They can have have a laugh, hassle each other, and the episode feels like an adventure.
Love it guys. Add Prices into the food shopping... Curious of the differences between coast.
Guys, these are all excellent. Dumb question but Tommy used to be a chef or something? Dude has made some amazing looking stuff.
I fuckin love yous guys! Monk fish liver is amazing in a good Japanese place.

The Con Man is on one this episode😂
You need to add the shittiest crowd laughter you can to a couple of these lines😂
Fresh thyme, butt dried oregano.... that's the way
Tommy I need an ID on those corduroy pants
Tommy is going to hate not being able to walk around the neighborhood for ingredients, when he moves to Austin.
The sponge was on good form this day
Chris looks exactly like the drummer of Mad Season
“If you can get past the looks, the flesh is delicious.”
Tommy Pope, 1994-2024, anytime he woke up next to a PA 4
11:10 Interpol cover from O'Connies
7:05 and there goes the sponsorship 😅😂😂😂
Dr Adoph Sponge AKA the turd taking a taste of the sauce with the butt of the bread. Great episode boys. Keep it up.
3:31 I just finished my post gym subway as this happened. I am part of the pod.
Let’s gooo lmao that was you in the window?

Rinse knives after sharpening.

It’s so nice of the TH-cam community to give people with special needs opportunities like this
They even featured that hulking Downs ogre Shane Gillis a while back!
hon wan stuw is that fish dude that says "it's a trap!"
What I really want know are they still alive after this??
i feel it would be healthier maybe a lil more flavor with some good butter
I wonder who is going to propose to who?
I'm guessing Bert as Ernie seems too aloof....
Tommy that guy he is a good cook ha? Yea? Maybe…
Wow what have I been missing. Guys I need this recipe what the hell is the Italian dudes name he’s actually pretty funny. Of course the white dudes funny. Anyway that looks amazing.
Yt just fed me this.

shorlty after the new stove was installed, these 2 bolted to Austin trying to hang on to Shane's coat-tails :( :( oh well
They moved to Austin? Tommy has said many times he isn’t leaving NYC.

Paint or replace those cabinets in kitchen. They look like dog shit. Food looked nice though.
Got to china and said fuggin no.
low key relaxing as fuck to watch you need to extend these videos and just do this instead of the podcast.

Bro should never have to add that much salt/pepper to a finished dish. This is why we taste while we cook
Is there any sort of a promo with Hexclad that benefits you guys? Im interested in getting some quality cookware
Yeah same question here. I need a new skillet and if there's a discount code I'd love to give these guys the credit for the sale.
Imagine if there was a magical website you could look up these king of random questions?
