I've watched some of Oceans videos, and I've never heard him make anything that impressed me. He's regular, like a lot of TH-cam beat makers. I think they get their heads swollen, because they have a bunch of kids who watch their videos, that jack their beats, but their beats sound like a million other beats. Some of the drums were okay, but those fake plugin flutes, and generic melodies, where boring. It seems that a lot of beat makers and producers just do their best emulation of other beats, instead of experimenting with new sounds and ideas. Tim was a big inspiration of mine when I was younger, due to him going left field with ideas.
