Bro.. I feel there is some misunderstanding... Hate doesn't mean we don't rate him as a world class footballer... No one ever underrated him... The only issue most people have is with his attitude which has absolutely nothing to do with his calibre as a players.. Most of the people hate him but they don't doubt his talents as a world class player..
I agree Mbappe is an incredible player and he will become one of the greatest footballer of this generation, but the hate some people give him is because of his ego and lack of respect towards other players and even his team mates. At the end of the day you have to have a likable personality to be adored. Same reason why you can't find a single soul who doesn't love N'golo Kante.
When was Mbappe disrespectful towards his teammates? also, having a big ego is not unusual for players of his calibre - cr7 and messi had even a bigger one.
@@sneedfeed7204 don't lie you didn't see the match where he stopped running at the half of the pitch during an counter attack because his teammate passed to some other player where he could have easily scored the goal if he made that run. This was all over the news, every pundit was negative about this attitude. If I remember vaguely Henry himself wasn't pleased about this.
The clip showing Messis frustration waiving his arms around was shown several times, but it has nothing to do with Mbappe. That was for Verratti who blew a pass to Messi coming running in perfect position for scoring coz he didn't see Messi. But it's made to look as if it was for Mbappe.
I think after the world cup, he regained alot of respect, many people were quick to discredit him cuz he plays for ligue 1. But after seeing him in the world cup and been scary good and fast, he certainly lives up to the hype.
Eh, not sure, people that dont like him still discredit his goals in the finals because, well, 2 of them were penalties. Not saying i hold that opinion, but it is easy to see it thrown around
@@NosferatusTG its crazy because they praise messi for having 5 pk's over the whole tournament, but when mbappe takes 2 in the final, they're all the sudden worthless
You miss something in the video, one of the reasons Mbappe has been getting so much hate is really his attitude/ego more than anything else and comments regarding South American football just not being at the same level.
@@Z50nemesis Yeah but is not what he said is it, is the demeanor the tone in which he said it, he has a point when his referring to the Europeans being more prepared by the time the World Cup comes around due to the different leagues and seasons they play but it appears it wasn't enough for Q-22.
@@SicMundus-XCV atleast he gave his opinion raw Instead of just reciting lines like a bot .I don't think he is arrogant Sure he has done some silly things in the past But the hate is simply ridiculous He doesn't necessarily brag and he has shown respect to many legends I think people are just jealous of his abilities Especially Messi fans during the period mbappe over shadowed him in PSG And now they use his "ego" as an excuse to hate Just my two cents Ps I'm referring to the toxic Messi fans not all of them I myself am a Messi fan
@@Z50nemesis yea ofc they go to Europe because it is where top 5 leagues in the world are at. But he was not talking about leagues but countries as a whole. Mbappe comments kind of showed how superior europeans think they are to South Americans. These South American players have the hard working mentality they grew up on since there is poverty almost all over South America. They will do anything to help their country win and that shit gets looked down upon. Like Suarez handball he gets hated for it but he did what he did for his country to move on and it paid cause Ghana couldn’t make their penalty. Emi Martinez is the way he is because that’s how he grew up and it got him to where he is today. Europeans don’t understand the mentality of South Americans and tend to judge them based on solely the outside. Mbappe is great and will be one of the 🐐 for sure someday but he talked his shit and karma bit back at him. That’s all there is to it.
8:03 ok but look at who Messi played against Prime Madrid players like Carlos, Carvalho, Ramos, Pepe, Xabi Alonso etc and Ronaldo played in the Premier League (Toughest league) And Mbappe play's in farmers league so...
40 Goals and 26 assists in Champions league already, 4 goals and a Hat trick against Messi Barca, 4 total goals against Bayern, 4 against Juventus, 3 against Real, 3 against City, 3 against Dortmund, 1 against Liverpool, 1 against Man United. Scored in the 1/8, 1/4 and 1/2 at 18 with Monaco already. And 36 goals and 23 assists with France, 5 against Argentina (3 in WC Final and 2 in 1/8), 1 vs Croatia in Wc Final, 2 vs Poland in 1/8, 1 in Nation League final against Spain, 1 against Belgium in the 1/2 and many goals against England, Netherlands, Germany ect. If you still don’t understand that it doesn’t mattee who is in front of Mbappe after watching him destroying teams in 2 World Cup and many times in the Champions’league you are blind my friend, Mbappe become even better against great team, he is a big game player he doesn’t care about playing against Metz or Stade de Reims, and if it was so easy Messi would have scored more than 10 goals in his 1 st season in Ligue 1 🤷🏾♂️
@@Anthonydu01630 I'm talking about overall goals not only about Champions League. Comparing his stats with Ronaldo and Messi's was kinda dumb. That's the only thing I meant
@@Anthonydu01630 Seriously? Messi is like 35 years old now and has completed football he doesn't need to be a top scorer to prove anything. My point is only that Ronaldo and Messi's competition was way more than mbappe at Ligue 1. Messi wasn't in his best form back then but he is now.
I don’t think people know how INSANE that is for Mbappe to have 26 assists along with 39 goals. A lot of the best players in the world can’t get that many assists
He is playing in a farmers league, PSG has no rival in the french league, they are basically doing exhibition matches while destroying the smaller teams. So of course, he will get all these insane numbers.
@@optibee1 So messi's stats this season dont matter either because he's playing in the same farmer's league? Mbappe has proven time and time again that he can be a big game player in the world cup and the UCL
@@GeorgeTooCur1ous No, Messi's stats this season do not matter as much when he was playing in La Liga. The most important stats are regarding players that play in the strongest football league, currently the English Premier League.
Mbappe is phenomenal and he will leave his mark in football history, let us not forget, when Messi lost his international finals how much the haters thrived off of it, media went absolutely bat sh*t crazy non-stop tormenting him. So much so he decided to retire, something in him called him back, his desire to win. Mbappe had a similar look in his eye after the world cup. He will come back stronger, his real fans (fans of football) will be there always pushing him forward. After all he already has the best of all time on his team to be able to pick up a few tricks/valuable lessons, especially in his last few years.
At 27, giroud will be gone I think griezmann too. It will hard for him to win in the US at the 2026 world cup. Not saying he wont win, but man it will be a hard uphill battle for him. He will definitely "need help".
France still has upcoming young stars, tchoumeni, Camavinga, kounde, dembele all can develop into an unstoppable force along with Mbappe, Mbappe doesn't need to learn anything from Messi, but he'd be too ignorant to not pay attention to someone who has dominated the game like Leo.
I agree with everything you said. Just you forgot to mention that he said in an interview, that Europe was far beyond Argentina and Brazil and that was why Europe had won all the last world cups. Every South American has hated him since then.
@@aaronyearwood6541 The last South American team that won the WC was in 2002 mate, in recent times South America only has Argentina and Brazil, and if we go by club level, there is a very good reason why ALL South American players go to Europe, what Mbappe said is 100% true

Messi and Mbappe are my top 2 for Ballon D’Or. 12 goals, 14 assists Vs 19 goals, 5 assists. 26 goal contributions. In the World Cup, Messi had 7 goals, 3 assists and Mbappe had 8 goals, 2 assists. 10 goal contributions each. What ultimately separates the 2 for me is the World Cup itself and the golden ball which both went to Messi.
If u look closely Messi got robbed the golden boot by the ref 😂😂😂😂🤣love how no one mentions that ref also gifted 2 free penalties to Mbapee for him to score one was a handball by a French player before it touch montiels hand. Therefore Messi was also robbed either way it will all get decided in champions league its surprising how a 35 year old man is competing with a 23 year old teenager let that sink in.
Mbappé is just an easy target, people discredit him for stuff a lot of very talented players went trough, but because we live in an era where you can just decide to clip something in a way that makes someone look like a horrible person, and never show their good side, people hate him, and that's not fair.
It’s CRAZY the weirdest thing people do is act like someone as good and talented as Mbappe would just forget how to play football if he went to the Premier League LMAOO
I remember how he mocked Haaland back in 2020. I remember the envious way he watched Messi lifting his 7th Ballon d'Or. I remember when he said that South American national teams are not as good as Europeans. I remember how often he does not pass the ball to teammates in better positions - he scores a lot but he misses a lot too. I remember when he bodycheck Messi couple of months ago because Neymar wanted to take a penalty himself. He is a fantastic player but his ego is a bit too much for some neutrals hence the "hate" towards him.
all of this is total bullshit made up by media taking a picture out of context etc. Now if u watch the full trainings or listen to interviews of teammates: the guy is always joking, friendly and always helpful. mbappe has zero ego problems: just listen to his previous coaches including emery and pochetino who stated "amongst all the players in my career, he is the easiest player to coach". Or even Deschamps who said "mbappe has no ego, he is driven and ambitious but in no way egocentric".
@@LNLBD Ain't that the truth. I think overall, Haaland will be more loved and remembered more than Mbappe will, even with less statistics. Mbappe is a great player, but his ego is way too inflated. Also, one thing about inflated ego is a player won't be able to stay consistent for 10+ years like CR7 or Messi, if they're not humble enough to realize another young star can easily take over their spotlight. If Mbappe doesn't change, I expect him to fall from spotlight in the second half of his 20s. Playing in farmer's league also won't help him to be placed among legends. Dude has every potential to be a football anomaly like CR7 and Messi, but I just don't see it happening with that ego.
@@excalibro8365 not to mention the fact that one of his biggest advantages is his speed; once he gets older, his body will eventually fail him and he will no longer be able to play even close to his current level. as a player who relies on his speed extensively, i find it hard to believe that his career would be longer than messi or cr. once he gets a big injury or eventually gets older, he would fall off hard and just become a normal striker with decently above average shooting.
Media also PLAYED A PART in the Mbappe hate. They painted like he was a “money hungry” player who had no “passion” for the game and people just took that and ran with for reaason
It's called humility. Messi has it in spades. Mbappe is quickly following in Ronaldo's footsteps. His grossly inflated ego is offputting. Him and Ronaldo are truly great footballing talents, but nothing about them is particularly likeable.
Mbappe deserves more respect for sure. He won the World Cup as a teenager and had a hat trick in another World Cup final. He was used to being the big guy in the club before Neymar and Messi came and he is that guy. He is the next king of football.
Love him or hate him, injury is the only thing that can stop this kid. He just showed greatness for the second WC in a row. Sucks that France still lost, but Mbappe made all his goals and was perfect that day. People will hate and talk trash, but I hope he continues to shut the haters up, on the field. I'm not trying to defend emi martinez too much, but mbappe said this year that European football was way more advanced and he disrespected south american football. HOWEVER, emi martinez was literally consoling mbappe after the final, and we know that emi martinez did go over the line with his celebrations.
Mbappé didn't say that... at all. The translation there is not right. He said that the European teams were better prepared since they had more competitive matches with tournaments like the Nations league. He never said South American teams sucked, but even praised teams like Brazil and Argentina.

Conveniently avoiding a lot of what Mbappe hasn't done to make it look better, but to be honest at the moment he is just following the Pele path farming his underdeveloped national league and that's probably why he won't get any more recognition until he gets the UCL or another WC final at the very least. He can't compare to players like Cristiano or Messi because he is not properly challenging himself!
The comparison to Pele is nonsense. Unlike mbappe Pele actually played in arguably the toughest league on the planet at the time... His goalscoring record vs European teams was even better than that vs Brazilian ones... There's a reason Pele is mentioned as the biggest goat contender alongside Messi, Maradona and Ronaldo since pretty much forever. At mbappes age he was already the best on the planet for around 6 years. Apart from an early WC win there's no comparison between these 2

@Toasted' Nugget_' he did and I'm not denying his quality, he's absolutely one of the best, but the numbers exaggerate things. He'd have great numbers anywhere but they wouldn't be quite this good if he played in a genuine top league like the Messi & Ronaldo if we're comparing his numbers to them. And as far as pele goes, there's a big difference between having already been the best on the planet for 5 years at 23 and being great for a few years but not the best until perhaps now like mbappe
He’s a top class player ! Very enjoyable to watch, amazing skills and is going to be a top 40 player of all time for sure, maybe more. But his ego is just a handicap for many people to like him. I hope he becomes more humble as well. I don’t hate Mbappe ! When I mention his ego don’t think that I’m saying he’s the same as Ronaldo, definitely not! But he does have a certain level of entitlement and it’s just something that isn’t attractive to me personally, maybe to you it is, then that’s great, agree to disagree ! I think he is a phenomenal player ! I wish him the best ! He would just be more enjoyable to me personally if he was more humble in certain ways. with his style of playing i don't think he will last long. he's not a playmaker., just a winger. with his push-the-ball-and-sprint style, he will not endure. now, he's still reaching his peak because he's still young and healthy. when he's nearing his 30's he will be slower, that is if he's lucky enough to play toward that age without major injuries.
This is an extremely well done video! I have a high level of respect for Mbappe as should all soccer fans around the entire world. Fact is, he is one of the best we have ever seen,
Great video but haters always find a reason to hate. Even if he had won 3 World Cups in a row, there would still be haters. And I don't know where his reputation comes from, I'm not a football fan but as a French supporter, I've seen him play both World Cups and a few interviews of him and he doesn't play/come off as a selfish guy with too much ego...He is pretty humble and play for the team. I mean he has an ego but a beneficial one, he wants to win and be the best but he doesn't downplay others or think of himself as a genius far better than everyone else. Maybe it's the language barrier, non-French speakers are not used to listen to him. So all they know about him is his celebrations after scoring and the difficulties he had to play with Messi when they started to play together.

Neymar on the other hand had a pathetic performance, and after the elimination of his team he didn't care and went out to parties to celebrate. Neymar in the beginning had the same conflict with Cavani who was a hero at PSG and nobody talks about it. Mbappe, despite being young, is much more professional, mature and dedicated than Neymar.

Thank you Raymar for bringing up this topic and showing some of those clips in your video Was aware that Kylian Mbappé had alot of detractors (like the Zlatan, Rafael Nadal, Terrel Owens, or Kobe Bryant [RIP] of this world who are liked as much as they are hated in all their greatness) but not to such extent; I'm by no means a Mbappé fanboy nor a Paris Saint-Germain or French national squad supporter, and couldn't care less about any headlines, past, present, future or dramas, controversies etc. surrounding them but, I am damn sure a fan of the game...! and I can't help right now but to be appalled and utterly disgusted by what i'm hearing these 5 fans/natives of Argentina (which ever the case may be...) chant to degrade Mbappé in this video clip It seems that toxic behaviors like these are so common in and around sports stadiums, online, and in social media feeds that they have become business as usual Out of all the reactions your video got not many actually talk about WHAT these guys are saying but most relate to the WHY I mean...go ahead...criticize a player's selfishness on the pitch, his/her cockiness, disloyalty to his/her club, lack of respect for his/her coaches or teammates, or his/her attitude in press conferences etc. all you care to... that's fine But, WHAT does a player and his/her mom and dad's ethnic backgrounds and nationalities have to do with ANY of this?! Shame on this group of guys for displaying such a behaviour and proudly promoting it online This is beyond rivarly, mockery, disliking, hating on, or not giving Mbappé the "respect" he might deserve as one the best players in soccer right now Raymar... Let's call it, like it is...this is bigotry, xenophobia, and flat out racism. There's no place for such behaviors ever, in any form, and anywhere. Be it inside stadiums, on our streets, on the internet, or throughout social media. Rivalry and passion though are an important part of sports and make it exciting and ignite the competitive spirit. As legendary American football coach Vince Lombardi once said: "if winning isn't important, why do we keep score?" The fact you didn't mention his comments belittling south american football means the context you provided is incomplete, that was the turning point for many south americans opinion on Mbappe. I doubt his public image will ever recover from that, at least in this continent that happens to have a high number of football fans and very vocal ones at that.
He performed in the biggest tournament that took Messi 20 years to win and not to mention Messi has 2 fucn champions league 🤣🤣🤣🤡 Messi gotta win sum in club other than league titles 💉💉💉 them hgh cut off in the champions??
Neymar also had better stats than Messi and Ronaldo at that age. That's not the issue here, the issue is doing that for 10+ years at a world class level to be in the G.O.A.T conversation. Another amazing video Raymar, I hope Mbappé keeps this up because he can definitely rule football for a decade.
Yeah but probably more than 70% of Neymar goals were in the Brazilian league, against small South American countries or teams like Getafe, Mbappe already have 12 goals in the WC with 4 in the final (Most ever), and he scored in the 1/8, 1/4 and 1/2 round of Champions League with Monaco at 18yo, he scored 4 goals in 1 game against Lyon and also a hat trick against Lyon, 4 Total goals against Bayern, 4 vs Barca with a hat trick, 3 vs Real, 3 vs Dortmund, 3 vs Juventus, 3 vs City, 1 vs Liverpool, 1 vs Man United … Mbappe already have 40 goals and 26 assists in the Champions league, and already 36 goals and 23 assists with France (Top french goalscorer are Henry and Giroud with 51, Mbappe at 24 only need 15 to pass them). So Neymar scored a lot of goals but not against all the Top European clubs, not in 2 World cup final and 1/8 round with amazing goals. Mbappe at 24 already have 2x more Big games goals than Neymar so it’s not even close.and
@@Anthonydu01630 I personally think the more relevant factor to consider is the gap between your team and all other teams in that league. The likes of PSG and Bayern have massive gaps compared to the rest of the teams in their respective leagues, making goal scoring much much easier. That is why Haaland is so impressive because he did it with a team that basically has close zero chance of winning the Bayernliga. That is also why Lewandowski and Mbappe look less impressive because they do their insane goal scoring with a team that absolutely dominates the league by a very wide margin (Bayern is even more dominant than PSG).
What I don't like about Mbappe is that he play's for France's international team and not his own country (probably for money) and the fact that his arrogant and said that SA soccer is not in the same league as EU (his probably eating his words). But even though I don't like him as a person, he is UNDOUBTEDLY one of the best players in the world.
@@trafalgar.. True, u got me there. I didn't knew it was such a common thing. I don't know why his hatrick is making him overpraised by the media where two of the goals were on penalties. Haaland will be more successfull than mbapenalty
I think Mbappe’s worst mistake was to be playing in an era where Messi’s playing. And if you think about it, it isn’t even his fault. This year’s ballon d’or is already decided, and guess who’s gonna win it? Messi. And there’s nothing Mbappè can do to avoid it. Winning the UCL? He has Messi on his team, if he wins it he could only increase the possibility of Messi winning his Eight. Sooo, unless he became the top scorer of the league AND the UCL, after being the top scorer of WC, I don’t really see him compete with the World cup win by Messi. AND, after this year, which probably he isn’t gonna win it, he should win 7/8 ballon d’ors straight to hope to tie or surpass Messi’s record. If he does, he will be at 32 years old with the hope to surpass him. BUUUT… There’s a certain Haaland who isn’t gonna make things easy for him, so yeah, nevermind.
Mbappe gained my support after that world cup final. He was a monster in the last stretch of the final, he played his heart out and I respect him for that. Excellence across the board and not just in league un.
Completely absent for the first 80 minutes of the final, lackluster performance against Morocco and 100% shut down by Kyle walker. Okay, I’m being a hater, he’s a great player, but I also want to reserve judgement until he’s older, he’d have to score around 50-60 goals a year for ten years to catch up with Messi or Ronaldo.

He is next goat contender agree he plays incredible football but like he's idol he is arrogant bad attitude that's why he's getting hate and rivals fans
You are missing the point on why people dislike Mbappe, no one doubts him as a player, idk about other parts of the world but in South America he is disliked because he undermined the south american football on an interview, as for the chants from Argentina's fans and Martinez holding a baby Mbappe is nothing more than a form of celebration/provokation fooling the rival, it's just football folklore and we do this to each other all the time.
No we don't do this all the time... Nobody does. Argentina and France aren't rivals... Argentina and Brazil are rivals. And even then. What's uglier than a bad loser? A bad winner. And it's almost always Emiliano Martinez, he pretends like he's Courtois or Neuer. And at the same time he forgets that the same guy he is taking the piss at scored 3 goals and 1 penalty against him. The guy is a joke and outside Argentina, everybody hates him. He didn't undermine football. He stated a fact. That European clubs and competitions are stronger are a fact. Boca and River wouldn't be top teams in Europe. They would perform far under the level of the top 5 teams of the 4 main competitions.

When his contract details were just revealed I was really sceptical, I doubted he’d be worth it and I thought we should have just bought a different striker. My respect level for Mbappe went up 500% after the world cup final. He literally shouldered the responsibility to make his team win when everything else was failing. Overall he had great chemistry with the French team and with Giroud as well throughout the tournament. I guess if you put Messi and Mbappe and Neymary together its always gonna be hard and Mbappe being the youngest will always get more flak.. So i don't think its a more selfish attitude. Also he doesn't have to bow down to Messi either if he's as good as him.
Thank you. Messi fans seems to think the guy should be worshipping at Messi's feet. I mean, the guy has never for once denied Messi's greatness. He even said Messi is the best in the world but then Messi fans just want to see ego where there is none.
The French team love him. Even Griezmann calls him "the king". It is the media and some Messi fans who have decided to have a hate campaign against him.
Haters can hate. It's their problem but for me Mbappe has done what even Messi and CR7 weren't able to do for me, he reignited my love for the beautiful game. No player has given me that feeling since R9 and with football getting toxic with media pithing players against each other and thus polarising football as fans don't watch football to enjoy the game anymore but for the sake of perpetuating some insane rivalry, I lost interest in football. However, after watching this world cup, I just love the dude, his passion for the game and enjoyment, his overwhelming confidence, I just love it. I will be rooting for him as he continues on to more success.
I'm sorry he's a great player and he has proved it to everyone. But that arrogance and his child like attitude just ruins everything he does, he acts like a 5Yo daddy's kid. He's hating he's own teammates on the club and he can't get the fact that Messi is still miles ahead of him with 35 years on his back. Well yeah but you forgot to mention that the World Cup winner and player of the tournament also plays for psg…he won’t be winning the ballon d’or unless messi goes ghost
Haters are absolutely pathetic. Do they not have anything better to do with their lives? He's one of the most exciting players in the world. Seeing his talent reminds me why football is called the "beautiful game."
I was one of his haters but after watch some of his videos I realised he probably gonna win 3 or 4 ballon dors I quite understand why many people hate him because he is so selfish sometimes but our view shall never interfere him as a player because he is definitely one of the best in the world
I'm from Argentina and some of us fight between us due to them insulting Mbappe. He showed the world he's awesome in that 2022 final, quickly scoring 3 goals. Dibu Martinez shouldn't have to be insulting him if he couldn't even stop a goal from him. I'm very proud of my team but France also showed they aren't an easy task, Mbappe is great!
Just because you're good, doesn't mean you're likeable. Should of been respectful from the start. When you're rich you're more likely not going to be humble especially at a young age.
I think it's understandable why he gets so much hate. Talent wise, he's definitely in line to be this generation's greatest. He's a lot like young Messi in his playing style, just on the left side of the pitch. The speed, the ball control and shooting finesse really does remind me of Messi in 2009-2011 and he does have a better goal/assist numbers for his age. If he can do it consistently + improve even more for the next decade, he will surely overtake Messi/Ronaldo's numbers and titles/trophies will eventually come. However he is a bit douchey, he does a lot of silly things on and off the pitch. Talks quite a lot of smack, being a diva and really that 'statpadding in Ligue One' point against him is pretty big. Both Messi and Ronaldo played in far better leagues in their prime (EPL & La Liga = leagues that share the top 2 spots in Europe for the past 20 years) against far better players. Me personally, Messi is untouchable for what he has done. Sure some will come and have better G/A numbers, but no one will magically mystify football the way Messi has and that's why he is the Undisputed GOAT for me. I can't stop myself from hailing him whenever i talk about football...sorry? Between Mbappe and Haaland, I'd pick Mbappe although I can't stand PSG. You nailed one thing though, Messi made me a football fan, a Barça fan and now a PSG game watcher (not a fan). I just have to watch Messi as he gives me a joy not much things in life can. Anyways, there is no denying Mbappe is very very, very good. Time will tell the rest.
Nah bro, no chance Mbappe catches up to messi's G+A. He would have to score 47 goals every year to reach Messi's goals and have like 20 assists / year. Also Messi has better G+A this season at 35 years and Mbappe relies almost completly on his speed, which diminishes over time.
Absolutely right !! Sad enough i missed the Young Messi era I reallly Wish I Had more time getting Emotionale touched BY His little Touches in the Ball
@@drsaltzman5924 it's not easy yet it's not impossible too. Anything can happen in football. Like I said above, Messi is just something else entirely. But no one knows what and how Mbappe's career will be like. Goals and Assist numbers will always be broken and replaced. But that's not all football is and that's why Messi's divinity in football will not be touched. He's like Pele or Maradonna in terms of stature, but better in terms of overall football quality and longevity. So in a way, i know what you mean because I've seen Messi since day 1 and he has been The Undisputed GOAT for me for the past decade.
@@samushisamurai9352 there's good news for that though. You can watch almost every single professional tier match he has played in. All the way back to ones in 2005. i started disliking mbappe at the 2018 world cup, because i thought he had a big ego. But more or less when messi joined PSG, i realized his greatness and at this world cup i think people have been too harsh with him. He is very talented, ironically the only thing that could stop him, is his ego
Mbappe is definitely a generational talent. He doesn't deserve the constant barrage of hate he's getting right now. However, he does have some issues he needs to work out like respecting other players---especially his elders, veterans who have much more experience than him. Still I can see him becoming a Ballon d'Or winner in less than 3 years' time, for sure.

What Mbappe said was,tho not kind, was still a normaly formulated statement. Martinez on the other hand goes a bit too far mocking Mbappe.

His numbers in the champions league are insane, he can definitely play in every league.
Wait what? You mean Europe right? Because EU was not at the level South America was at back then.

And as far as pele goes, there's a big difference between having already been the best on the planet for 5 years at 23 and being great for a few years but not the best until perhaps now like mbappe
He’s a top class player ! Very enjoyable to watch, amazing skills and is going to be a top 40 player of all time for sure, maybe more.

but, I am damn sure a fan of the game...! and I can't help right now but to be appalled and utterly disgusted by what i'm hearing these 5 fans/natives of Argentina (which ever the case may be...) chant to degrade Mbappé in this video clip
It seems that toxic behaviors like these are so common in and around sports stadiums, online, and in social media feeds that they have become business as usual
Out of all the reactions your video got not many actually talk about WHAT these guys are saying but most relate to the WHY
I mean...go ahead...criticize a player's selfishness on the pitch, his/her cockiness, disloyalty to his/her club, lack of respect for his/her coaches or teammates, or his/her attitude in press conferences etc. all you care to... that's fine
But, WHAT does a player and his/her mom and dad's ethnic backgrounds and nationalities have to do with ANY of this?!
Shame on this group of guys for displaying such a behaviour and proudly promoting it online
This is beyond rivarly, mockery, disliking, hating on, or not giving Mbappé the "respect" he might deserve as one the best players in soccer right now Raymar...
Let's call it, like it is...this is bigotry, xenophobia, and flat out racism. And, I find it egregious and irresponsible from social media moderators to even allow such video clips to be posted, tweeted, liked, or go viral on their platforms...
There's no place for such behaviors ever, in any form, and anywhere. Be it inside stadiums, on our streets, on the internet, or throughout social media.
Rivalry and passion though are an important part of sports and make it exciting and ignite the competitive spirit. As legendary American football coach Vince Lombardi once said: "if winning isn't important, why do we keep score?"
But as you concluded Raymar, news flash for all you Mbappé detractors out there...he's here to stay for at least another decade, so whether you like his personality or not, like that idea or not, attack him on things that can actually be debated, challenged, or changed but not on things that are immovable or are part of his genetic make-up

Bro psg is a mbappe team he was the superstar of psg not messi so that why messi suck at the first session
@@agustinpereira3128he was isolated during the 80 minutes, Argentina's midfield completely dominated France's, he couldn't so anything because he couldn't get the ball, lmfao what? Shut down by Walker? Mbappe smoked him, he's also the reason the ball go to Tchouameni in the first place by dribbling 2 players, and he dribbled past 3 players to shoot and the ball ended up in Muani's feet, he was definetly not absent
@@agustinpereira3128 What's with these silly comments? He is getting better.
did he play his heart out? what did he do exactly, minus that nice volley goal...what else did he do?
@@agustinpereira3128 but you're 100% correct in your analyses, because so many of us noticed it as well. From the beginning you just kept hearing about "mbappe, mbappe,..." but it was Griezmann pulling this team through, his work rate was astounding.
he’s a sensational player i think he jus gets hate bc of the way he acts in situations , nonetheless he’s one of the best players in the world
When Messi was 24 some people considered him the greatest of all time. There is no comparison.
@@FragLord cuz the best South American players go to Europe for the P's mate if it wasn't for them European football wouldn't have been where it is today
@@FragLord European clubs are stronger indeed, nobody is gonna deny that. However, it doesn't mean that the level of South American football is below Europe, especially in international stage. Average fifa rankings for South American teams are much higher than Europe as Europe has the likes of San Marino aka the worst national team in the world. Moreover, South America has 10 world cups with only 10 national teams while Europe has 12 world cups with more than 50 national teams.
@@Albo7777 Bruh, this argument is used by a lot of Indians regarding successful Indian-origin or Non-Resident Indian software engineers and scientists in the US when some prominent personality talks about the problems with the Indian Education system and it's talent development. Doesn't change the fact that most of the talent development still happened outside South America and therefore Europe should still get the credit there.
Good to know that silly national pride isn't just limited to us Indians.
@@Albo7777 Does South America have a city like London, Paris or Berlin?
Do South American countries have a similar quality of life, standard of living, social security, education, freedom and democracy as we find in Europe?
No, it's not only about the money. It's also about their children and their wives and the opportunities they have in Europe. Many South Americans try their luck in Europe and don't necessarily improve their contract or wealth. That's the reason why most South Americans keep on living in Europe, long after their career and money runs out. Only the cream of the crop goes to Europe and make instant buck, for the others it's an insecure intercontinental venture.
When his contract details were just revealed I was really sceptical, I doubted he’d be worth it and I thought we should have just bought a different striker. While at the beginning of the season he showed a lot of attitude and a big ego, he has also performed really well and I hope some of the older players have talked to him to make him understand that a big ego will only hinder your career.
its not big evo , just all ready mature to know is value , there's a sublte diference on this matters :)
its just like Messi or other greats players at their ages , but its seems some few people forget it .
for me a french player with big ego : E. Cantonna ( our most strange famous french player on old time lol .. )
Mbappe literally scored a hatrick off 2 pens and the world goes insane

I'm sorry but I'm going to still dislike Mbappe untill he shows some maturity.
Still good video man. I always enjoy your vids. Cheers
He is actually pretty mature. You never heard him in interviews I guess. What childish attitude are you referencing to ?

I have been following Mbappe since he was 17 years old, and he has developed into quite the wonder.
If he can continue what he's doing, there is no doubt he will become the best of all time.
I think he will be a great player, but not the best of all time
Well yeah but you forgot to mention that the World Cup winner and player of the tournament also plays for psg…he won’t be winning the ballon d’or unless messi goes ghost
You really think Messi deserves player of the tournament? Explain how you think its justified.
bro. you aren't talking about what mbappe said. guy is quite arrogant
I am addicted to your channel even I am weak in English
Keep it up bro ❤️
Stop hyping his hat trick, two of them were pens
Mbappe needs more respect man I mean a lot of players can’t do what he has done
Just because you're good, doesn't mean you're likeable. Should of been respectful from the start. When you're rich you're more likely not going to be humble especially at a young age.
@@oreos922true
Love this dude, world cup final was such a memorable because of him.
without Mbappe, it would have been a 2-0 coronation for messi
Sad enough i missed the Young Messi era
I reallly Wish I Had more time getting Emotionale touched BY His little Touches in the Ball
And if do eventually do that long marathon, you'll probably be even more convinced of why Messi is special like no one else, thus The Undisputed GOAT.
Guessing you’re English? Tired of this elitism that unless you play in England or Spain you’re shit and it’s a farmers league. He’s not stat padding he’s playing where he grew up. I’m sure he’d be destroying the other leagues just as easily as Ligue 1.
Y’all thought Haaland was going to flop at city because he played in a “farmer’s league” yet he’s smashing pretty much every prem goal scoring record in his debut season.
i started disliking mbappe at the 2018 world cup, because i thought he had a big ego. But more or less when messi joined PSG, i realized his greatness and at this world cup i think people have been too harsh with him. He is very talented, ironically the only thing that could stop him, is his ego
The hattrick in the 1966 final does not count! The ball never crossed the line during one attempt!
When has he ever disrespected any player? Show me example, otherwise you are just jumping on a bandwagon
the truth of the matter is mbappe has never direspected any legend
