Nice video, very informative. I have the same SB800 flash. But with a different issue, no matter what I did it is stuck at 14mm. Tried on different cameras, on/off camera hot shoe, enable/ disabled zoom, pull defused out/in, change settings TTL, A, and also Manual nothing help. I have also tried with different batteries too. Can you suggest what might be the issue? Many thanks

Your diffuser switch may be not working. Pull tbe diffuser/bounce card in and out and check if the machine recognize that. If not swith may be sticking. If flash understands that you pull the diffuser in and out but makes no movement then perhaps a cable is broken. Zoom motor sometimes dies also but not often. Reset your flash also in the menu.
what was the exact problem, mine is fireing at full power every time, could the fiber optic cable be the issue

i dont remember what i did in every video. i have hundreds of videos. Please watch the video carefully. can be the fiber optic cable can be the igbt short circuit.
I have also problem with TTl but in SB-600. Is it also problem with the optical cable ? Maybe do you have the instructions how to replace it in this kind of speedlight.

I repaired sb 600 like 2 times but i dont remember if it has an optical cable. Just take it apart and see. It is not hard to take it apart unless you open the capacitor case
Hi, I recently bought a used SB-800 but I am getting under-exposed images all the time.. I am sure its in the correct TTL mode but the pictures come out super dark. Also my backlight was working and then it suddenly stopped... Its this common?

You should check the bulb first. If it has any darkening, any cracks etc it needs replacement. I am not sure what can cause the backlight problem but be sure you enabled it in the settings. No it is not very common and i cant really help from far either. Best help would be videos, forum posts if you want to do it yourself. It certainlys needs to be taken apart and examined. Thats for sure

Deney yapıyorum açıkçası. İngilizce türkçe almanca vs. Kafamı toplayıp da youtube nasıl çalışır araştırması yapmadım. Ama kafamı toplayınca kanalı da derleyip toplarım. Ben de memnun değilim şu an videoların çekim kalitesinden, kanalın acemiliğinden ama kötü oluyor diye video çekmeyi kesmemek için çekiyorum. Şu an video çek kurgula yayınla enerjimi çekiyor.. İkinci kanal açacaktım ama kafam aşure gibi. İkinci bir kanal aç facebookunu aç instagramını aç vs vs. Yardımcım olmadan yapamıyorum. Kanal şu an motosiklet üzerine zannedildi takipçi topladı ama aslında alakası yok. Ben zaten Türkiye de kendimi ifade edebilen biri olamadım. Bu kanalın da anlaşılacağını sanmıyorum. Şu an motor videoları takipçi topladı ama ben tamirci değilim ki. Kendi motorumu açtım topladım. O kadar. İnsanlara alternatif bir yaşam da mümkün diyorum ama biz pratik olsak da esnek değiliz. Euro 5 lira oldu diye ağlıyor herkes ama kullandığı herşeyi tamir eden bir adamın çektiği değişik içerikli videolar yadırganıyor... Yapacak bişey yok. Motorumu söktüğümde kendi arkadaşlarım, kendi ailem bile neden yaptığımı anlamadılar. Geri toplayabileceğime, topladığımda da çalışacağına inanmadılar. Özgüvenini, inancını yitirmiş bir toplumuz. Yakında kanalım ne üzerine açıklayıcı bir video çekeceğim zaten.

ttl nedir.
fotoğraf makinesine flaş takınca kamera ortamdaki ışığı hesapla sonra da flaşa hangi güçte patlaması gerektiğini söyler. ona da TTL denir kısaca.
