เปิดน้ำขณะปอกเปลือกหอมใหญ่.สิ้นเปลืองน้ำโดยใช่เหตุ(ควรราดน้ำใส่หอมให้เปียกทั่วๆกัน.แล้วปิดน้ำ.จัดการปอกเปลือกหอมให้หมดภายในอ่างล้างจานแล้วเก็บเศษเปลือกหอมทิ้งไปก่อน.จึงนำภาชนะสะอาดมาวางแถวๆใกล้อ่าง.แล้วจึงเปิดน้ำพอควรไม่ต้องแรงมากล้างหอมที่ปอกแล้วให้สะอาดวางใส่ภาชนะที่เตรียมไว้.อย่างนี้แล้วก็จะไม่สิ้นเปลืองน้ำและค่าน้ำเกินความจำเป็น)

การแกะเปลือกไข่ต้มแล้วในน้ำจะแกะเปลือกไข่ได้ง่ายขึ้นเพราะน้ำจะแทรกซึมเข้าไปในไข่ที่ต้มสุกแล้วเปลือกไข่จะร่อนและแกะเปลือกได้ง่ายขึ้น

Wasteful of water when peel onions in such way. Just soak in water while peeling it. Towards sustainable world

Same thing with the egg. Just soak in water while removing the eggs shells. Later, re-wash all of them for hygience purpose.

เอาไข่ต้มใส่ภาชนะที่ใส่น้ำได้ใส่น้ำท่วมไข่แกะเปลือกไข่ในน้ำให้หมดแล้วค่อยนำไข่ต้มที่แกะเปลือกทิ้งแล้วล้างให้สะอาดทีเดียว.การเปิดน้ำไปแกะเปลือกไข่ไปทีละฟอง.เปลืองน้ำเกินความจำเป็น
