yes, the b11r has a better turning radius. the tag axle steers in the opposite direction, so the turning radius is stronger, while in the b9r the tag axle does not steer at all, which might even increase the wear and tear
B11r is much longer that b9r and yes scania brought it in india because in india no brand would like to give such technology in little price so what the volvo did, these techniques are already develoved long time ago
