You should listen to the split EP by Balmora and Since My Beloved called Six Pacts Etched In Blood. They are both metalcore but play a more raw OG style of metalcore from the 90s as opposed to the super polished and produced mainstream metalcore bands. its actually probably closer to OG All That Remains to he honest.

ATR is an independent band

To be fair, you were probably fresh out of diapers when these dudes were reigning (2006 to 2008). Definitely check their first 2-3 albums. The last 2 were “meh” but this is the ATR sound I remember so fondly.
Little backstory: their og lead guitarist died back in 2018 or 2019 and was replaced by Jason Richardson who played in Born of Osiris and has some solo stuff that is a technical phenomenon. The og lead guitarist of ATR was watching him backstage at a show years ago and was mind-blown. So in short, Jason was the best replacement we could have asked to get.
