Digital Bible apps are great technology but, I have to use a physical Bible. I just can't use the apps. The physical book is the form in which God intended it to be and that's good for me. There's just something about having the physical book in your hands. As they say.... it just hits different.
My Bible is on my phone - not an app. Yes, it is an e-Bible, but it is the same Bible as I would carry if I took a hard copy Bible. The main difference is my iPad also has e-books of ALL my Bible references. And it weighs maybe half of what my Bible does. Very important when you get older.
