Divorce in Muslim Law - Dissolution of Muslim Marriage Act,1939 - Indian Family Law

The basis of divorce in Islamic law is the inability of the spouses to live together rather than any specific cause (or guilt of a party) on account of which the parties cannot live together. A divorce may be either by the act of the husband or by the act of the wife.

Mam, If the husband completes the Talaq Ahsan/Hasan, then what have to do next?
are they already divorced?
then what can they do to prove that they're already divorced under Muslim Law?

My wife had prosecuted me against 498a and D.V. act and 125 in two different courts and the case is going on since last 1year she is living separately since 1.5 years she is not ready for settlement nor giving divorce to me. I sent notice to her stating her to come towards me for conjugation and having affinity to live with her, mentioning the warning period of 15 days or
I will give you divorce as per our muslim religion act.
I am government servant.and court has already decreed Rs.5000 /-alimony.
Will this process works and bring her settlement and court will decree me divorce?
