I'm new to ASMR, I'd never heard of it until recently. This is the first real asmr video I've played. Is it normal to feel really emotional? I found within 30 seconds I had tears in my eyes. I wear a heart monitor because I have a very high heart rate. In less than a minute of playing this, my heart rate dropped 20bpm and stayed there until I stopped listening to write this comment. I'm not getting the head tingles people talk about but something weird is happening to my body. Is this normal?
@@beezasmr yeah, I imagine the lower bpm is relaxation. The emotion was unexpected though. Not sad tears, more like extreme relief. Either way, I'm a fan now. Thank you for this.

I think everyone’s ASMR experience is different ✨ the heart rate dropping so low must be a sign of relaxation tho… right? 🙈💓
