    Hey helly♥️ pls help me out with this ..which part comes first in a book?? ..is it "Introduction" or "Prologue" 🙄😢 ya dono ek sth ni aate??

    • @snehapradhan5591
      @snehapradhan5591 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I guess most books have one of these. Introduction is more like you're introducing the story to the reader by letting them know about the characters and all. But, often readers find introductions too boring, so nowadays most of the books don't have introduction.
      Prologue is also kind of like that but here the characters are introduced along with the story. I mean, in the prologue the writer writes about the most interesting part of the story so that the readers know what to expect along with introducing the characters and plot.
      The conclusion is that both of them can't exist at the same time. You can either have an introduction or a prologue

    • @snehapradhan5591
      @snehapradhan5591 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I'd recommend to first avoid distractions. The most popular ones are phones, movies, tv shows etc. Once you are not distracted you will find it easier to read. Also, if you feel lazy after reading just one or two chapters, force yourself to sit straight. This often increases concentration. Also, maybe select books that really interest you and have only around 200-300 pages as long books might be difficult to read. Again, select books that are easier to read and don't go for classics like "Tale of Two Cities" as usually, it's language is difficult to process and takes longer to read.
      Make reading a habit. Read at least two chapters daily. Once it becomes a habit you can go for longer books or old classics.
      If you think this is advice from a stranger, let me tell you that I'm an avid reader. Just recently I read a book of more than 300 pages in just one day and I'm sure these things will help you!
