Because the BCCI are one of ICC's biggest assets. The amount of money our board generates is way more than what Australia or England make combined. It's only natural for such feelings of pride to takeover when the situation is such...even if it is the players who made it possible.

Men Cricketers in the richest country in Asia & 2nd in the world China obviously get much less than women Cricketers in India which doesn't mean men Cricketers of China are discriminated but just that their Cricket doesn't make money to get a decent pay. Important is for women's Cricket to increase it's market which can be best done if they get more nations to play especially in the women's World Cup by expanding it. It'll give women's Cricket on the long term opportunities to make more if rich countries like Japan, Argentina, China, etc see their women's team getting in the World Cup, Football, Basketball & Rugby can expand their World Cup which expands their market & makes them more money, the same can happen with women's Cricket which is much better than getting feminist nonsense involved in Cricket which unfortunately is already happening.

First play one dayers then the tests in Australia. WTF! It's always been tests, one dayers then 20/20 matches towards the end of the tour to finish off. Why change it, Indian team will still be well prepared as long as they come early enough to Australia. It is a long bloody tour, by the time the tests start the players will be buggered. The key is to come here early and play on bouncy pitches like in Perth and Brisbane. For God's sake keep the Indian team away from Sydney and Melbourne till the fixtured matches as the pitches are too similar to India.
