That's a fantastic rig Jim. I like the modifications you made, especially the little copper pan. Lots of steam and even the leak. All good. Cheers Nobby
very nice and tidy set up. Runs very well and I love the "stack" idea. Have not done much myself lately after the death of my wife in February , everything is so difficult to get motivated now except a bit outside on the railway to get a bit of fresh air
I'm so terribly sad to read the passing of your wife. Its good that you are getting outside and spending sometime on your railroad. I hope that you're enjoying your Summer over there.
Terry when the truck pulled up at my place with a lathe & mill on it, I had never touched either type of machine before....TH-cam can be a good educational tool!
@@SteamEngines-Jim so true. I learn a lot watching youtube. I really should incest in a lathe and mill. I have had fun making machines from Lego to use with my stationary engines, but I’d probably also have fun making them from metal.
Lovely work on the PM Research Twin Jim 👍👍👍 I really like the twin stacks and the little condensate collector 👍👍👍 Cheers, Alan.
Thanks Alan appreciated mate.....I stumbled in the vid when I went to call it something and my mind went totally black...total stage fright LOL .

Thanks Nobby, I'm pretty happy how it turned out.
Fantastic looking with those upright chimney stacks
Yes they are!
Very nice set up Jim! Looks like a higher end version of a Jensen model 55! You should try running a Baker fan off of that and see what happens
Excellent work. ❤ also love the sauce pan.
Thanks, I'm pretty happy how that turned out - Cheers Jim
Love the stacks and the pan, very cool 👍
Its REALLY handy having two sons that are plumbers 😊

Condensate chimneys well designed, like the little pan and enjoyed the steam run.❤
Thanks Dave, happy how those two chimneys worked out. Hope you're enjoying your summer.
Good 1 Jim
Thanks Whistleman!
I need to get a lathe and learn some machining.
