I think the first step is for Hino, Mitsubishi, and Isuzu to discuss jointly and establish a network of joint service centers in the U.S. Does the management understand this?

Can you drive a forklift onto this truck?
Is this truck able to back into a standard dock like 53 ft trucks? ( Same height )
Great question. Typically "straight truck" box trucks with single rear axles cannot handle the weight of most forklifts being inside the box. Best to have the forklift drop the pallets on the back end from the dock and move them around inside the box manually with a pallet jack. Even if some can handle the weight, it's a quick way to max out and eventually wear out your suspension.
Yes they are able to back up to standard dock height.

No
Yes, I believe so since they are gross 26,001-33,000 lbs.
No it is not required for these box trucks. We rarely acquire any CDL required trucks on purpose. Anything Class 6 and under (gvwr 26,000lbs) is non-CDL.
