बाइक के गर्म इंजन को ठंडा करने के लिए पानी क्यों नही डालना चाहिए? Pouring Water Onto Bike Hot Engine

When you pour cold water over heavily heated metal (huge temperature deference), the metal undergoes a shock as it rapidly tries to cool down, thus experiencing super-fast contraction. Such contractions will damage the metal and form cracks over it and weakens it overtime.
A metal alloy when heated expands evenly and upon colling contracts evenly; however, this sudden and uneven contraction of that material will cause it to fracture. In the case of a motorcycle engine which is usually not a very big one, can result in a having cracked block. Which will eventually result in a hefty engine replacement? When you throw water on a hot engine, you can see water vaporize quickly. That is because the water absorbs the heat from the outer surface of the crankcase while the inner temperature of the engine remains high. So it makes a huge variation of temperature in the same area of the crankcase.
Moreover, the water doesn’t even absorb the temperature from the whole surface evenly but only from the areas where the water came in direct contact. So this huge discrimination of temperature on the crankcase makes the engine go through a situation called a “Thermal Shock.”
Effect of pouring water onto motorcycle hot engine:
1. Crankcase can lose its strength significantly, regular flexibility, and also get fragile partially.
2. Temperature imbalance can cause microscopic cracks, which increase over time.
3. It damages spark plug, and it makes the spark plug ceramic body fragile.
4. It damages the crankcase color, pain work, and external finishing.
5. Bolt areas and joints can suffer from rust, corrosion, and oxidation.

#जब हम किसी धातु ( लोहा , तांबा, एल्युमिनिय ) को गर्म करते है तो वह अपने गलनांक तापमान (जैसे 100°c,200°c) पर अपने आकार में परिवर्तन करने लगाती है अगर अचानक से इसके तापमान को कम(0°c) किया जाये तो वह अपने सामान्य आकार में नही आ पाती मतलब जब इंजन अधिक गर्म होता है तब इंजन में लगें धातु के पार्ट्स ( पिस्टन, क्रंक शॉफ्ट , आदि)अपने आकार में बदलाव लाने लागते है अगर अचानक से इसके तापमान को कम(0°c) किया जाये तो वह अपने सामान्य आकार में नही आ पाते इससे इंजन जाम भी हो सकता है

jo esa so hta hai na ki garam engine pe pani daalne se engine thanda ho jaega. first of all use doctor se checkup karwana chaiye then gadi ko uske doctor se bhi checkup karwana chahiye. engine oil is the first and the very essential coolant than keeps the temp in check. then the passive air cooling does ths rest. after a long drive just keep the vehicle parked and wait for 30 sec for that engine oil to circulate before switching off the engine. treat the vehicle like a human system. keep up the information sir.

सर, मोटरसाइकिल के इंजिन को, बोरवेल के वॉटर पंप की तरह वॉटर recieved less करके और उनके चारों तरफ चार इन्च दूर, एक प्लास्टिक या लकड़ी का खोल बना दिया जाए जो कम से कम गर्म होता हो,अब उसमें नॉर्मल या कुछ ठंडा पानी भर दे। अर्थात् अब इंजिन के चारो तरफ ठंडा पानी है, और उस पानी को एक कूलिंग सिस्टम से जोड़ दे ताकि इंजिन के चारो तरफ ठंडा वातावरण बना रहे।।।
ऐसा करने पर उस इंजिन की कार्य क्षमता पर क्या प्रभाव पड़ेगा,?
इंजिन गर्मी में भी गर्म नहीं होगा।
क्षमता अच्छी होगी या प्रभावित होगी
दूसरा प्रश्न
अगर साइलेंसर को एक नली या पाइप से जोड़ कर उनके धुआं को किसी तरल पदार्ध या पानी से गुजारा जाए जिससे धुआं में मौजूद सल्फेड और अन्य कैमिकल के कण उस तरल पदार्थ में ही रहा जायेगे, वायु प्रदूषण नहीं होगा, श्वास संबंधित बीमारियां भी नहीं होगी।।
लेकिन ऐसा करने पर बाइक के इंजिन पर क्या प्रभाव पड़ेगा?
