Hi snail farmer from mosselbay South Africa got a good tip for you with the net. Use nylon twine and a big leather needle then literally stitch the two joining nets together it looks much neater and will last!!

Yes we leave the net up all year round, Irish weather let’s us away doing this. So have the same cable ties since 2014 and it’s only now we need to start replacing broken ones. So we got a lot of years out of them 👍🏻
