Accelerated conditional breakpoints in UDB

UDB evaluates conditional breakpoints in-process where possible, giving a speed up of well over a thousand times (!) compared to normal GDB behaviour on Linux. It does this by implementing GDB's optional Agent Expression mechanism (sourceware.org...) and evaluating the bytecode in the context of the debugged process.
