I'm glad to hear that Mrs WoW is doing much better. I will continue to keep her in my prayers. Have a good weekend Wayne.
Martin Marietta was a prime defense contractor. They built the Titan Rocket family, with the Titan III the booster of choice for all the Project Gemini flights. They also made ICBMs and SLBMs. They did not make electronic devices, per se, except to fit into the missiles/rockets and/or their aircraft (they built several experimental "X" planes. So some gear was salvaged from decommissioned gear and resold, which fits with ECTO 1's improvised feel quite well. MM merged with Lockheed to form Lockheed Martin, manufacturer of many fixed-wing and rotary aircraft, including the legendary SR-71 Blackbird.
That sent my OCD mad seeing all the different types of screws scattered on your desk lol. Brilliant jumper too
Hello Wayne, great video mate, loved the build and the finger snap and ta da, nice jumper to, Lee.
Looking good.
that christmas sweater looks amazing really enjoying this build keep up the great work wayne, i Hope Mrs Wanye feels better soon
Really, really, really looking forward to this build hitting Australia. I'll probably keep the issues unbuilt until I get all the mods, but I can't wait to build it. I can already see 2 things in the back that could use electronic upgrades.
Merry Christmas Sir and love that jumper.
Hi wayne glad to hear mrs Wayne is doing well and on the road to covery the uhf was used for radio and television and was switched off to make way for digital I like to wish both you and mrs wayne a happy christmas and a new year
Dear Wayne, Wishing you and your Family a very Happy & safe Christmas. That jumper is outstanding love it! Kind Regards Johnny
Haha awesome jumper 👍😁
Getting close to the end of the interior. You know what that means!!!
Nice video Wayne and I'm glad to hear that the misses is doing well. Be careful when you're outside with that sweater on you're going to stop traffic😂🤣🎄 LOL. Y'all be safe and have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Wayne I can't wait till you bring out the goodies in the new year.
I got to watch this one on a big screen for once. I'm on furlough now so I have a longer Christmas break.
Its interesting how Eaglemoss has given specific names for a lot of the electronic components on this car, but neglected to do so on the Delorean. Unless I wasn't paying good enough attention, it seemed like they only named a handful of parts, most of which were named in-universe (Flux capacitor, Mr Fusion, etc). There's definitely plenty of other parts they could have given names to instead of just calling them by a eaglemoss part number. Janitrol Heating Unit, T-195 Vent, Mallory Capacitors, Atomuffler Model M00s, Rowan Control Contactors, to name a few
Proof if anyone needed it that Ghostbusters had just as much technobabble as any other science fiction franchise :) BTW the boxes look like standard rack mounted units, so 19" wide. As for height 1U means one unit high, 2U means etc. Those boxes with the space between them look like 2U units.
Where's the link to that jumper Wayne.🎄😎.
Loving the build as all ways.
Stay safe all.
Lol. I bought it from Primark
The Martin Marietta Corporation was an American company founded in 1961 through the merger of Glenn L. Martin Company and American-Marietta Corporation.[1] The combined company became a leader in chemicals, aerospace, and electronics.[1] In 1995, it merged with Lockheed Corporation to form Lockheed Martin.
And that company currently builds the F-35, among many other things...
Hey Wayne, I think the UHF signal or something or another, has something to do with analog televisions back in the day, because that function was always some sort of control on the tv. I could be wrong though....
Television stations broadcast on UHF originally, and expanded into VHF. I am not really sure who designated the dividing line between the frequency bands, or why.
Hi Wayne .. i'm building it too .. But, have you had anymore Stages Sent for the Ecto .. just it's 4th Feb and i've heard nothing from them.
Nope. I heard things are delayed at this time
i love the gremlins
The yellow tinted monitor looks like it pushed in further ?
It may do but I didn't wantnto force it
Loved it, but push that square piece in some more, its driving my ocd nuts!
Wayne you need to have "just like that" counter in the top corner of your videos just for giggles ;)
That could be a thing. Lol.
i'll make my switches in different directions when i get to this part
are the brackets metal?
Yep
What's happening with the X wing, can't remember the last time i saw a video?
I did one 3 weeks ago still waiting for next delivery
No offense to Wayne, but, that build is a snoozer.
@@gunnarbiker I agree. I'm sure it will get better after the wings are done.
@@WorldofWayneUK I heard about faulty electronics for that build, so check them as soon as you have all the needed components to do so.
morning Wayne are you going to build the Enterprise as well
Yes
think im a bit behind only just started this lol
Whens the next spitfire build Wayne.?
Tuesday
Did you do the giveaway yet
Not yet. I will do that on the next live stream on Thursday
Am I the only one that spends a lot of time on my knees looking for those "fiddly parts"? I need to get knee pads. One little mistake and little parts all over the place and they could be the size of a dinner plate, but I never find it.
Wayne, thanks for your videos I can build these complicated models. I am on my third and a half Deloreans. The first one, the top and bottom did not fit, British top, US bottom. The first one I finished is a rock or a paper weight. Nothing works. The second was better but the headlights and some other things did not work. Model Modz flux and tree worked fine. The one I am working on now has all the mods and I am putting them in as I build which is not easy. All the online videos are modify the model after it was finished. Chloe has helped out a lot. I need a wife like her. So off my knees and I will find the little knob later, probably eaten by my cats.
Man I hate those screw holes on top. I might have to fill those in some how. They look awful and I cant unsee it!
Like video hahaha
wayne martin marietta name has to do with aircraft company
My Dad had dealings with them. He worked in the Aerospace industry his whole life.

Oo er a lot a screwing in issue 60.....God knows whats gonna happen in issue 69 lol
🤣🤣🤣
😆😆😆
At first you think "Wow, its very detailed". But then you realise that the detail is spoilt yet again by loads of unsightly over scale screw heads. Its as if Eaglemoss are afraid to have you glue parts together. 80% of those screws could have been avoided.
Excellent video but terrible jumper 😂😂😂😂
😆😆😆😆
lucky you, my last ecto 1 was shipped in Oct., called them in December and they said they were out of stock on part 13, so basically at a stand still. I mean did they make more of part 12 and 14 and decide there were enough part 13's around, logically you would think they would make all parts to match
I'm looking in this as I am hearing lots of peeps in the US stuck on issue 13 atm
