Op for the hao and beni team you should have used hao first. That way the boss would get the fire resistance down first then Benimaru. His magic resistance would take effect after Hao's. The dmg would have been different.
The burns that both ta do make it annoying, both could use a na first though. Slower nuke but big damage boost, as long as you don't die super fast it's all good since health based multipliers don't generally matter
Maybe use yoh or fire roy for 100%/120% fire dmg and you might kill that boss I know they do physical dmg but the buff is huge Edit: I did test it with froy melty hao and beni and was able to clear with one cycle

He's a situational character that required a team composed of magic attack (otherwise bringing a sub physical won't help at all for his true art to work). ++He can heal 100hp that's the good stuff. Go for Milim instead ,her art got boosted from 4 sec reflect to 10 sec and can trigger 100% critical (true arts) when it's a breaker unit +++++ her 2nd slot with Milim clothes is a nice art gen equip.
i haven't played gs in like a year and i lost both of my accounts which had like every KoB unit and their true weapons (including juno) and my fav girlboss unit mako but i spent 3 days rerolling for benimaru just because i like his design so much (i don't like tensura that much) personally i don't agree with the equip choices bc although he is a really good buffer, i don't think that's his main purpose, personally he's a self sustaining dps who can support his team, not really a sub dps bc the magic resist shred is all he has. the equips i'd run would be true izanagi for arts and the equipment speed cd true exceed zechs since lifesteal on low hp is amazing plus the arts and arts dmg increase can be great for his true art pseudo nuke the 4 star defense isn't that important just run anything with a decent passive the reason why u wanna run equips that give arts rather than pure damage is because of his arts which provides a lower skill cooldown which is nice for gaining even more arts and for the bonus damage making his true arts even more effective, so instead of buffing damage then true arts you just use your arts to gain a damage buff then use your equips to quickly get your true arts (plus some extra arts dmg from exceed zechs) then true arts for the nuke)

My only real issue with him post-buff is that 4-star Defense slot--even a Heal slot would be better for him with Betzfald or Necroles.

the passive 50% crit rate is a bummer, i would take 100% crit to burning enemy instead
