In fact the staff including my adviser, the sales manager, the general manager and even the security guards were all well behaved and polite too with the right attitude. However the driver (SANJEEV) who took my car was arrogant and showed no sign of apology. Further, don’t distract from the main focus of the video that’s the apple carplay.

Description - Today (10th July), I went to my nearest Mahindra Service Centre ( Koncept Mahindra Automobile, Site-4, Greater Noida ) for updating my New ScorpioN Infotainment (AppleCarplay). But my experience is very poor and No Customer or new buyer will entertain it in any way and you can see what all things are going through in Service Centres, Sanjeev ( Driver ), Bobby (Adviser), and all other Advisers and also Manager, all are chill and entertaining all this at their place.
