I've come to realize that the pain in my life has helped me become stronger, appreciate the good people and things in my life, and put my priorities in order. So much pain is self-inflicted because of bad choices. Not all, but a lot of it. Pain has made me a little smarter - I'm more selective in who and what I introduce into my life.

Pain is so difficult to understand, can push us to the limit of understanding and yet can teach caring and empathy for those who are suffering.. tells us when we need to see a Dr. maybe to check if something is wrong in body! Heartbreak tells you how important you are, worthy and good because you love so deeply ✨ No matter what kind of pain we suffer, we ALL grow from it and now can help others through it...
