It ain’t beneficial for most e-bikes, if you have a tiny pack anything under 100ah it’s a waste of time. If you think it’s a flex, be prepared to really flex or you could certainly do more just adding on extended range pack with the $ youll waste trying to perpetrate like you a Real full size EV. Your not.

IM surprised I didnt get a comment yet but I know I should have said if you charge thru the didcharge side no your not charge protected thru the BMS at that point, yes that should be obvious but no charging thru the discharge wont protect if theres a problem so lets hope you dont have one. I also spoke incorrectly stating discharge goes straight to battery, no it doesnt it goes thru the bms but its not limited to low current is what i meant, it can pass the amount of amps that its rated at but way more than charge side . also most charge sides the leads arent even really capable of high current, some have very small guage wires on them so even 30 amps may be too much.

I believe your ASI can handle 21p. If you charged with your normal charger it would give you headroom for Regen when mostly fully charged. Or forget Regen and get a little extra kick.

I think they changed the settings in software it wont let me run 21s anymore it use too but now I steady get over voltage fault i dont know if its my controller what happen but yeah Im not worried about it too much longer im going 30s with 3shul Cl1400 after i build P45b pack
