    Thank you for this. Writing my first lesson plan with not much help, then stumbled upon this video. There's a huge difference between reading something and having someone tell us in their own language. You helped me quite a bit, Mr. Nathan.

    Thank you! This is the most helpful thing I have found. Everyone else tells you that you have to use it and they provide a weird chart that attempts to explain it. This is the first time I have understood what it all means.
