[Bullet] is a mechanic we’ve seen before in Tennant’s [Diamond Bullet], Mondlicht’s [Silver Bullet] and Lucy’s [(Over)Charged Ammunition] counts as a [Bullet] as well (uses the same Chinese character as other Bullets), we just didn’t do anything with it outside of UTTU/Roguelite. His [Etiquette] is actually a pre-existing buff from UTTU/Roguelite called [Ceremonious], it gives a measly +3% Ultimate Might so… it’d have to be stacking with every [Bullet] cast or it’ll probably be too slow. His [Counter] is targeted. The original text specifies “1-target” not “self” which would mean that you should be able to apply it to an ally, then when the ally is about to get attacked, it triggers.
