2017 Chevy SILVERADO CONDENSER REPLACEMENT!!!! READ DESCRIPTION!!!!

Chevy Silverado replacing A/C condenser. I removed headlights and grill, I can do it faster that way, or you can take the air box and force your windshield washer bottle out of the way… either way not too bad of a job!!!

Is the drier integrated into the new condenser?

Yes, that is usually where it leaks( the solder breaks, where they piped into condenser)

I had some real bad comments, that’s the cool part about TH-cam, I can’t just eliminate them 😊 I don’t work for a dealer, I am a self made guy and worked really hard to get where I am. You could actually take the upper support out without taking headlights out or the grilled, just go from the back, but it sucks!!! Or you can take the fan and radiator out… there are many ways to milk a cow!!! I treat costumers cars like they are mine!!! Have a wonderful day now!!!

What pag oil and how much did you have to add after the condenser change

Hi used HD 46 R1234yf refrigerant oil made by A/C PRO. Used about 1oz.

Evacuate system and remove/replace condenser….
