Hi Shannon, thanks for the video. So, you can get a 5 pan palette from Pat McGrath for $38, but Patrick Ta is charging $42 (!) for a duo? Interesting. And Patrick Ta is getting a lot of pushback on social media for the pricing.
I heard. PML duos are $25. I think they are comparable to the Patrick Ta ones. I applied to receive a Patrick Ta duo in PR but wasn’t accepted, so no plans to review. Charlotte tilbury has her Pop Shots though and those are $34 and sold out 2 years ago. I think they could be worth it for the right person. But not for me. They are pretty though.
@@shannonlovesmakeup I'm not an expert in how to run a beauty brand, but I think that pricing is a mistake. So possibly they'll be discounted fairly soon, and at TJ Maxx in a few months.
I’m glad you did. I had to ask 3 times and then finally got it cancelled and refunded after I used some specific words. All they had to do was let customers know what was going on. Ignoring a problem doesn’t make it go away. 🤷🏼♀️

I cancelled my order too last week
I’m glad to see I wasn’t the only one. I didn’t understand not allowing orders to be cancelled when they weren’t fulfilling them.
I had to asked again and they cancelled it.
