Would this work with a fleece lining? And would I need to use interfacing as well?

I wouldn’t recommend fleece for lining, there’s a possibility that the fibers could scratch the lenses, I’d go with something softer like microfiber. You probably won’t need interfacing if you do that but it’ll help keep its shape a little more if you use some form of batting/interfacing
