From what I’ve seen, Maryland always starts strong but can’t finish strong in the season… idk if it’s injuries or what but I always hope they come up in a season and do great. Even if y’all beat Texas back to back years 😂

I believe Mike Locksley had his boys ready for this game, the Terps looked good ... My Mountaineers will not have a good year... The game with you guys is a good meeasuring stick to see how our season is going to turn out ... it appears we are not going to win too many games... Good luck Terps on the rest of your seson.
As a Die hard Terps fan this W is so much satisfying when you think about HOW we got it. Wasn’t no blowout wasn’t no running up the score just a good HARD fought W against a rival that’s been dominating us for about a decade now. The speed and athleticism difference was very apparent. We had better athletes than WVU haven’t been able to say that since early 2000’s under Ralph. What Locksley has done to this 2 deep in just 2 full years will be a 30 for 30 worthwhile in the future. This roster can COMPETE with anyone on our schedule we might be young but there are Future NFL guys up and down our 2 deep now. WATCH OUT Big Ten 🐢🐢🐢💥
He put together a good squad but he still makes some questionable play calls we should be 4-0 going into Ohio state but you know Maryland has a habit of winning there first games so let’s pump the breaks a bit
@@terpfan1018 first Locksley doesn’t call the plays. Second I feel you on that sentiment but this is no longer the same Ole Maryland. This game alone shows me the grit I needed to see going forward into our season. The guys will FIGHT unlike in previous seasons once we get punch in the mouth
@@biduukorona3304 we said this when they beat Texas twice then blew the Orange out first game two years ago a game I was at that put us in the top 25 and then turn around and lost to Temple. Also Mike has full controls of the plays he knows what plays are being sent in as a head coach you can VETO that play they need to stop with the run twice then have to force to throw on third down yes I know you switch it up and you want to establish a good run game but doing three straight drives is a no no, second when we threw the ball good things started happing I felt like we were trying to get the run going more than we needed to especially with two of the best WR in the BIG you get the ball in there hands and when they did we scored, third and I think we all can agree when we do run the ball Jacobs should be the main ball carrier strong upper body. But overall I was impressed I really was Maryland beat a solid WVU and came back to win let’s keep it rolling!
@@terpfan1018 I couldn’t have said it better myself. I was at the game and we’re clearly way more talented than them but the play calling was awful. Everytime we let our good QB and receivers play we scored.
A little nugget here. The winner of this match up has went on to win at least 8+ ball games every season since 2000. This match up is as good a barometer for either team as it’s gets. All I’m saying is don’t be surprise if Maryland legit push OSU for the Big East divisional crown 🐢🐢🐢

However, now we're in the Big 10, and their traditions are still fairly bizarre to us...The question is whether we can out-smart them...Are they going to "grind it out" bureaucratically and "predictably" in the cold on the ground?... Our defense created those 4 turnovers. If anything this game should've been a blowout if our special teams would've stopped giving WVU great field position all game.
@@jon8342 wrong.. Actually WVU's QB threw it into double coverage twice for 2 picks, the Running back lost grip of the ball after the handoff & kick returner tried to run before catching the ball so it was all WVU mistakes 💯
