Boullion is a concentrated form of stock ( typically chicken or beef, but they have all kinds of bases) with the boullion add water to make stock.

Wow! That was amazing Cari! Thank you and your Mom for sharing how to make this from scratch. I usually just use the S&B block.

Yummy! I’ve done veggie curry, also with tons of onion, but used the cube curry. I’ll have to try your mom’s recipe, it sure looked delicious and healthy! Thank you for sharing😋

Hi Lisa! Thanks so much for the comment! I love that you feel that it's hommie! I want people to feel like they're actually in the kitchen with us and we are just talking while we are cooking. Almond cookies or butter cookies are a great idea! I will definitely consider it!

The difference between liquid broth and bouillon is the bouillon is concentrated stock

Nice video! I just bought some S&B "Oriental" Curry powder. Be careful of that roux. It is EXTREMELY hot and you can get some serious 2nd Degree burns. When Mom added the soup to the roux, you can see it was boiling the moment it made contact. BTW bouillon is dehydrated stock (made from meat and bones).

Thank you gunzNtofu for the tip! Yes, when she added it to the pot, it was very hot so I know what you mean. Ahhhh.... dehydrated stock! Thank you!!!

Really? I thought everyone's heard about that place which is why I didn't think to do a review there... but it's good to know that we should still do one! Thank you, J Hash!

Aloha Cari, Mom and Reid. This recipe looks super ono. I would love to give it a try, just wanted to find out if the better than boulon is vegetarian. Mahalo for another great video.

Thanks, Paula. I don't think it's vegetarian... well the one we used anyway because it was a roasted beef base. However I'm sure you could try this with a veggie broth.

It’s not vegetarian if you add beef bouillon.
