At 3:40 into the video, Lara can move to the left side of the raft and quickly shoot both the left and right switches, then jump to the right of the raft to a ledge and down steps, that leads to a now exposed barrier that she can pull down with a rope arrow. Once past the barrier, the path goes up, skipping the blades and sinking tiles section, and she can shoot the next pair of switches from the upper pathway.

Also you can cut time by swimming when the raft reaches fire. The piranhas take forever here because of all the loading going on. Cuts on arrow shoot time.
