I respect religion and all traditions, even i don’t understand anything but in this video, i see very poor people, picking on the floor and very rich people sitting at tables, eating with lamas.

Long Caly this is a consultation with the Nechung Oracle. It is, by definition, a spirit possession of the person who was the center of attention wearing the elaborate crown and, apparently also the old woman as well. As the story goes, thousands of years ago there were wild demon spirits with omniscient knowledge of the universe who were conquered and tamed by the Buddha who made them swear to act as servants of the human world and protectors of Dharma. They still communicate with these spirits on a regular basis, and this is what you're seeing here. As for the old woman; it is not uncommon for another spirit to need to pay homage to the Nechung Oracle while in human form and, instead of taking rebirth in our world to do so, they take possession of someone like the woman you see here at the same time as the Nechung has possession of the Llama acting as medium, such that that interaction can take place.
Doesn't all this ritual kinda contradict the teachings of Buddhism? I'm pretty sure they teach against superstition (like consulting an oracle) and the worshipping of idols/deities. Not that they're worshipping a deity here or anything, but it does seem like a lot of unnecessary ceremony. I have a lot of respect for Tibetan culture and Vajrayana though, it looks so intricate and beautiful.

In vajrayana Buddhism there's more than what we can see and feel , lord Buddha himself kept it secret and taught only to several of his special pupils . Later it was revealed by guru padmasambhava .

I have uncles who are tibetan buddhist lamas and know lamas who have gone deep into woods/ caves to practise meditation/tantric buddhism and if you ask every learned lama,he will know that there is a whole lineage in tibetan buddhist clan who solely practise tantric buddhism as i stated earlier in my statement ( the first comment),i have read books on milerapa, who is a prime example of early tantric buddhist lama/yogis in tibet and have read countless books but sure,go ahead and twist my words again.
