I really have to study french and then I watched your video and learned a new word "étaler" ;) merci haha can u and andrew give advice/tips on how to improve my french especially in speaking (i'm an introvert btw). I live in MTL and work in a local grocery store but still I'm having a hard time expressing myself in french.
My goal is to be a polyglot too! I know basic phrases in Spanish, Korean, Japanese, and Italian but I want to be able to fluently speak all and read all of them.

A few videos back she used like these little glass jars and put them on her back and suction cupped them . It’s a Chinese product that helps you find out where you have the most tension . The places most purple is where you have the most tension and the lighter ones you have least tension and it’s also like a massage kinda ? But ya after they finish doing it well those stay there for a bit .
