Matchbook Sticky Note Holder Tutorial

Here are the items you need:
paper trimmer
adhesive
stapler
cardstock
pattern paper
bone folder (optional)
3"x 3" sticky notes
Cutting instructions:
Cut cardstock 1 5/8" x 7 1/2", scored at 3" and 6 1/2"
Cut pattern paper 1 3/8" x 3 1/4" and 1 3/8"x 2 3/4" and 3/4" x 1 3/8"
Cut stack of 10 sticky notes 1 1/2" x 3"

Why do you use your trimmer upside down?

Haha, I know but for some reason I just feel more comfortable lining the paper up at the bottom of the trimmer and cutting downward. I turn it so I have the full ruler at the bottom. If I have the ruler at the top I always mess up. It feels awkward to me.

​@@jenungerfineartsI do the same thing as it's more comfortable for me and easier to see my measurements. There is no wrong way to craft. Beautiful job btw on these, I love the idea and I'll try them soon.
