This seems to be meant only for business people..how can salaried class afford that too Rs 1 lakh as rent that too overpriced. Since how long is the owner looking out for tenants ? Who can afford to pay that too in Corona Not good deal 😕

In todays market with work from home making plenty of flats around mindspace available , Max 2.5 cr for sale and 55000 rent would be a decent deal.
Putting 2.5 crore in Fd you can get 1 lakh monthly. So, not a good deal if rent is purpose.
