    I just bought a place in Bangalore for 4.5 crores with 4 car parks at 4300 Sq feet in Hebbal, which is literally just a few Km from Mekhri Circle. My heart goes out to Mumbaikars for having to live in pigeon holes !!.

      You need money to buy those short of place in mumbai..mumbai has it all and more better then Bangalore..

    In todays market with work from home making plenty of flats around mindspace available , Max 2.5 cr for sale and 55000 rent would be a decent deal.

      Putting 2.5 crore in Fd you can get 1 lakh monthly. So, not a good deal if rent is purpose.

    This seems to be meant only for business people..how can salaried class afford that too Rs 1 lakh as rent that too overpriced.
    Since how long is the owner looking out for tenants ? Who can afford to pay that too in Corona
    Not good deal 😕

    sir, rent in south mumbai 2 bhk 920sq.ft carpet is 1 lakh ... how is rent of 2.5bhk in malad 1 lakh ?????????? there are places available at half that rent in malad ... please can you explain for my knowledge how is the rent so astronomical ? would appreciate if you could ...

      Usually the agents quote high rent with purchase price so that people thinks they will buy the flat and let it out at 3-5% ROI
